I didn't like that I had to put the lampshade together but it really wasn't that difficult. The main problem I found with the table lamp was the nightlightis entirely too bright for that incandescent lamp. If it was a led or soft white light bulb in the bottom it would be much much better. There were no bulbs for the top so that was an extra expense as well. I find that the price is too costly for having to put the parts together, getting bulbs for the top portion of the lamp and the bottom light bulb being too harsh. I will have to try to get another bulb to soften the glare. I am keeping the table lamps as I have already put them together and I do like the style of the table lamp. These lamps are very sturdy and put together easily. The small bulbs that come with it are a little blinding so we put different bulbs in them. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a lamp.

Purchased 2 for living room they really added to making it feel homey. Had to assemble which was easy. Bottom bulb is included just need to add your preference of wattage bulb on top. I used 60 watt. USB ports on back side a plus.
