I literally lost sleep after I clicked buy now. I was so worried it would be not what I wanted and then I would have to return it! Boy I was I mistaken! This has been the best purchase ever. The box came very mangled with holes and tears. Luckily the rolled up mattress was fine. I pulled the tape off an immediatly it started to inflate. I pulled the rest of the plastic off and it puffed right up. I timed the mattress delivery with a trip I was taking so it was able to sit in my room for 5 days. It looks and feels great now. It is firm but, but has a very plush feel. It absorbs excess motion too. Very supportive for sleep; my back feels great now. Best part is that there were now foul chemical odors after opening! I will admit that the side walls aren’t as stiff as a conventional mattress, but you’re not going to fall off. It’s only noticeable if you sit right on the edge. I’ve learned to sit further back. I’m also a side sleeper who sleeps right on the edge and I don’t notice any collapsing what so ever. So far so good. I will update this review in the future if I come across any issues. Needed to replace an old mattress. Wanted a straight memory foam but didn't want sag in the middle and trusted the old-style springs for support. This mattress has both. Firm, but comfy. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my sons mattress is not made with harmful materials like fiberglass. We just underwent a major crisis of throwing everything out and having to start completely over due to my last mattress containing fiberglass This mattress is safe, and super comfy. I actually tried to cancel it last minute thinking it wouldn’t get here soon enough and I’d just go find a mattress in person but it wouldn’t let me cancel and I’m eternally grateful. I am 80 years old and was a bit skeptical of buying a mattress in a box. I was warned that there might be an odor. I was afraid it wouldn’t be firm enough. However, I love it! Very comfortable and no odor. I now am able to age in place in comfort and convenience.

It is a nice mattress but too soft and the edges never firmed up so I felt like I was going to slide right off the bed. After an hour trying to sleep on the bed my hips were killing me and I had to have help to get out of the bed. I gave it to my son who likes it and doesn't have health problems like I do. Old review: As I unwrapped my mattress, I was excited to experience this new product from Serweet. I gave this bed around 5 days to expand, and as I had my first sleep on this bed, I was somewhat disappointed with the consistency of this bed. Hoping for the bed to break in, I gave my self a few weeks of sleeping on this bed to give it a proper review. First off, the mattress is definitely more on the medium- soft side, rather than the medium-firm as advertised. The springs are also very unstable, and it didn't do much in relieving any back pain. On the edges of the bed, I can feel my body trying to fall off due to the unstable springs, and in some parts of the bed, I can feel my body sinking to the bottom in some parts (I'm 172cm / 80kg). As I purchased a full size, I do not recommend couples sleeping on this, as I believe it can barely support 1 person. As for sleep, it does the job. I sleep moderately better, but that can also be from the fact that I upgraded from a college futon I was using for 5 years. I believe for the price, it's still a decent value, but for the same price point, there's plenty of competition that can definitely beat this bed's comfort and support. In the end, I can't recommend this product due to it's inconsistent feel, but I might add a mattress topper in the future to hopefully improve its comfort. ... show more

I give them a 5 stars. This mattress is amazing, Also their customer service from the actual company is amazing. The bed for some reason came dirty and I reached out to them and within minutes they responded. They took care of the problem right away. I will definitely but from them again.
