Very solid case with lots of room. The front and back doors plus the various side doors make server installation and maintenance fairly easy. The bottom of the case also has extra case entries that can be useful depending on your setup. The only real issue I had was during assembly. The instructions need some work as it can be confusing as to which parts you are actually using in each step. Some of the images are also shown in a weird order. As an example, one of the first images shows the case at a later build stage then just putting the initial frame together. The instructions do mention the difference between different sizes of the case which is a plus. Other than that was still fairly easy to assemble, just wish the instructions were a bit better. ... show more

Came well packaged with no damage. Easy to put together and amazing to have. I have a couple businesses with far more expensive racks I had professionally installed. I did this one myself. It was a full day of work, but well worth it!

Rack is phenomenal and just what I was looking for. Sturdy, great features and looks amazing. Expect many boxes during delivery. Only real negative is that instructions are close to horrible on assembly. Had to watch video on the sysracks website which helps add some context but its amusing how different the ordering of assembly it is compared to the instructions. Still worth the purchase though as the rack is very nice. ... show more

This thing came shipped like it was fragile beyond belief. Never have I had solid metal shipped to me better packed the anything in my life. It arrived in perfect condition and ready to be built. Expect this to come in multiple separated packages for assembly. Instructions were a little unclear at first since the manual is an all in one for 18U-42U but after 2-3 passovers I built this thing in about 1.5hrs by myself. Power tools are not necessary but definitely speed up the process. Lots of extra screws so you can't miss out if you break or strip one. Came with a plenty of rack mount screws as well for my servers. 4 fans for cooling and a built in temp unit are a large +. Overall its a sturdy and great product for the price. If I ever need one again I will definitely be looking at this. It was also just fun to assemble. ... show more

I have most often used another brand of cabinet. I jumped at this one due to the slightly lower cost and delivery was within when I needed it. I was pleasantly surprised. As other reviewers have stated, the directions are a little confusing. That being said, I was able to assign two employees who have never built a rack and they were able to complete it in an afternoon. I also liked that I received an email following the purchase from the manufacturer, in case I did need help. It took a couple extra days to arrive, since it shipped from Canada, but if time isn't an issue, I would definitely recommend. If I need to buy another rack, I will consider them again as the quality exceeds the price. ... show more

UPDATE: I contacted their support and explained the damage/sent photos. They were EXTREMELY friendly and promptly responded and mailed me replacements. This is exactly how I wish all companies operated. Changing review to 5 stars. I give them an A++. The shipping packages were perfect (no dents/scratches in the boxes), but 2 of the metal parts were dented, scratched, and appear used, and make assembly of this product not possible. Please give me your email address so I can send you information to get replacement parts mailed ASAP. I would like for you to mail me the 2 parts ("Vertical Frames" per your manual) and send them to me ASAP so I may assemble this unit correctly.
