The media could not be loaded. I've never bought a new mattress before, as I have only received hand me down mattresses. I looked at twin mattresses in stores and I'm not paying $899 for just a serta twin. Ridiculous! After weeks and weeks of researching Amazon and reading reviews that contradicted each other, I decided on this one. It's a perfect sized twin that fits twin bed frames. There was only a tiny amount of smell after opening it, but after giving it the designated 72 hours to expand, the smell was gone. My old mattress was sagging in the middle, and this one is firm, but with a little give away. I'm curvy, 5'4 150 pounds and needed support for my hips since I'm an avid side sleeper. This mattress is completely silent, and I can't even tell it has springs, and gives just the right amount of firmness. I've slept longer than 3 hours at a time, so that tells me this is working for me. I think it's super comfortable and sure, it's firmer than my last mattress, but it helps keep my body from making a U shape. I've slept at many air bnbs, and they've had super hard memory foam mattresses that sucked. This is far from that type of firmness. It's definitely medium firm. Ordering was quick and easy. Got in in a couple days and had it opened and ready to use in less than 24 hours. It even filled out more over night. Replacement for a Red Respira that I had, that I liked a lot. However, it was a hybrid memory foam and gel mattress topper and just didn't quite have the support I needed. Have been sleeping on it for almost the full 100 days and I really like the support it gives me. I am an older man (70+) and suffer from the typical ailment, arthritis, back pain, etc. This medium firm gives me the support I need with just enough softness. I have it on a foundation and it tends to slide a bit when you lean against it, but not really a problem. A couple of the corners didn't puff up completely, but I don't sleep on the corners. All around the top outer edge it tends to give a lot, but once you lay down on it, like one other review read, you don't want to get out of it. I would highly recommend this mattress. Ive been sleeping for the last six years on a thousand dollar plus mattress suggested by a "pro" at a mattress company. I told him, as he could see, I was on the heavy side and needed some support. He said never get any memory foam but steered me towards a Beauty Rest that had springs in it. To begin with, it was great but after three years, it started giving me backaches and a bit of a dip in the mattress. I hurt so bad waking up every morning, I decided to get something that had to be an improvement, and boy, was it! Great sleeping on this mattress and so comfy--so much for expensive mattresses, I'm still stewing over that! My only initial complaint is that being a single woman, it took all my strength with out a strong male to help me, wrestle the very heavy box into my apartment and remove it from the box. But, for this kind of comfort, I'd do it again!! And, you can't beat the price! ... show more

Disappointed although because I swore I ordered a queen but got a full. I looked at my order again and it says full so I assume that's what I paid for. I am in disbelief I would have ordered the wrong size.. but once it's out of the box and expands there is literally nothing you can do so I just have to keep it. Because there is no way to get this large mattress back that came in a tiny compressed package. Had to return the queen bed frame I bought for it instead and reorder a full. We have Been sleeping on this mattress for about 3 months now and Well you get what you pay for exactly but by far better than the big box store discount $98 mattress. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone over 150 pounds as the mattress starts out very firm but indents overtime . Overall not too shabby but Don't expect miracles from a $260 mattress. ... show more
