Before even mentioning the mattress, I would like to highlight the company’s customer service. FIVE STARS simply based on that! I originally purchased the 8inch mattress for myself and my boyfriend. After waiting the recommended time we had a good first few nights on the mattress. Later on, we noticed that it seemed the 8inch mattress was not thick enough to support both our weights when we were in bed together (we’re not very large to begin with, both of us weighing less than 300lbs together). As a result, I decided to reach out to the company to see what I could do. The company’s response was immediate, and they offered me the option of taking the 12 inch mattress only paying for shipping. Because I was very satisfied with the quality of the mattress we went for it and SO MUCH BETTER! We’ve had great sleep since the arrival of our new mattress and are so happy with the company as a whole. Break out the "SHAME" bell because I've been sleeping on the same memory from mattress for 17 years. Those years have flown! They've been busy. It was memory foam, So it wasn't losing its shape in a traditional way. Guests commented on its comfort, So if it ain't broke. 🤷🏻 I've been having back problems, and I'm in my mid 40s, so it's time to take that more seriously. It was time for a new mattress and I thought surely it couldn't hurt.... BUT IT'S HELPED SO MUCH! I SPRANG out of bed this morning. I did not feel like my body was constructed out of a bag of bricks and tangled rubber bands. IYKYK Slept like a baby. It's only been 2 nights, but already I understand how good this mattress is and how much I needed it. I was concerned that it was slightly too firm... I absolutely love this mattress. I love the price of it and I love the fact that it's very comfortable. It's firm enough while being soft enough that I wake up without pain in my hips and back. I would suggest buying a cooling mattress pad with it because as any foam mattress can get warm this one does too but not as much as I thought it would. To be fair, upfront, let me say that buying a mattress is a giant gamble. You can't take it into the dressing room and try it on to see if it fits. You can't look in a mirror to see if it feels right on you. Lying down on it in the showroom will not accurately predict how comfortable it will be for eight hours of sleep. And buying one online and having it shipped to you compressed in a box is one giant gamble. We needed to replace a 12-inch pillow-top mattress because it was just too heavy for my wife to change sheets. We sleep on a foam mattress at my daughter's house that is the greatest, like sleeping on a cloud. So we chose to go with this eight-inch foam mattress to make changing sheets easier (it weighs only 45 pounds) and to achieve great sleep. We selected this one because in the title it is described as "Medium Plush" like my daughter's mattress. What we failed to notice was further down in the description it says that it is "medium firm." Well, it is very firm--like sleeping on the floor. It is not plush; it is very firm. We quickly ordered a three-inch foam mattress pad to put on top of it (because, how do you put that big thing back in the box to return it?), and now we are sleeping very comfortably. So, we gambled. We lost the first hand, but we managed to recoup our loss by playing a second hand. UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me after reading my review above with apologies and an offer to pay for the mattress pad that I bought. They also promised to take the words "medium plush" out of the title. I can't say enough good things about their service. They want their customers to be satisfied and when that doesn't happen they will bend over backwards to make it happen. So, let me be clear. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this mattress, other than the fact that my wife and I are not comfortable with its firmness. I never dreamed that a foam mattress could be this firm. If you like it firm, you will not be disappointed with this one. Rather than returning it, we fixed it so that it is now very comfortable for us. The media could not be loaded. I bought the bed for my preteen son. Got the 12 inch Xl twin memory foam. He loves it and has room to grow in it. But give it time to plump up so leave it alone for a day. Do your back a favor for real and get it.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice memory foam mattress, high quality, company is in the US. Some reviews have mentioned this mattress is too firm...I will say that it is plenty soft, while firm enough for back support as the mattress does not sag like many spring-coil mattresses. I purchased this King mattress to replace an expensive posturepedic mattress (that cost over $2000), and this one is more comfortable overall. As for those who are skeptical of "mattress-in-a-box"...boxed/foam mattresses are much easier to deal with, especially for Queen sized or larger, as you won't have to worry about fitting the mattress through hallways or doorways where a fully expanded queen or king-sized mattress may not fit through. In my case, the mattress expanded to its full thickness within 4-6 hours of unpacking. Most manufacturers recommend giving the mattress a day or two to fully expand before use. Sersper customer service is also very knowledgeable and responsive. It's difficult to find companies with that level of customer service. Highly recommend. 5 stars. ... show more
