The media could not be loaded. Very nice memory foam mattress, high quality, company is in the US. Some reviews have mentioned this mattress is too firm...I will say that it is plenty soft, while firm enough for back support as the mattress does not sag like many spring-coil mattresses. I purchased this King mattress to replace an expensive posturepedic mattress (that cost over $2000), and this one is more comfortable overall. As for those who are skeptical of "mattress-in-a-box"...boxed/foam mattresses are much easier to deal with, especially for Queen sized or larger, as you won't have to worry about fitting the mattress through hallways or doorways where a fully expanded queen or king-sized mattress may not fit through. In my case, the mattress expanded to its full thickness within 4-6 hours of unpacking. Most manufacturers recommend giving the mattress a day or two to fully expand before use. Sersper customer service is also very knowledgeable and responsive. It's difficult to find companies with that level of customer service. Highly recommend. 5 stars. ... show more

Break out the "SHAME" bell because I've been sleeping on the same memory from mattress for 17 years. Those years have flown! They've been busy. It was memory foam, So it wasn't losing its shape in a traditional way. Guests commented on its comfort, So if it ain't broke. 🤷🏻 I've been having back problems, and I'm in my mid 40s, so it's time to take that more seriously. It was time for a new mattress and I thought surely it couldn't hurt.... BUT IT'S HELPED SO MUCH! I SPRANG out of bed this morning. I did not feel like my body was constructed out of a bag of bricks and tangled rubber bands. IYKYK Slept like a baby. It's only been 2 nights, but already I understand how good this mattress is and how much I needed it. I was concerned that it was slightly too firm... But because of the nature of the material, it's providing support while still being incredibly comfortable. VIVA SUPPORT FOR MA OLD BONZZ! 🥳 Many many Thanks Sersper! Easy set up on a platform frame. Received the mattress this morning and it appears to be fully expanded within a very short time. It is a very nice looking mattress and has little to no smell. I did have windows open in the bedroom to dispel any residual smell, but honestly there was none. Waiting full 48 hours before testing it out. It is for a guest room. At this point it is super firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. I think it could use a soft topper. 48 hour UPDATE: Still super firm, did not become softer. Bought a Serta 3” topper. While it adds some cush, you can still feel the firm support of the mattress. I have slept on it 3 nights (2 with topper). It is better with the topper, but still too firm for me. This is not the first bed in a box we have purchased. We have a Lull mattress which is fantastic. This is for a guest room so didn’t want to spend as much. UPDATE: Customer service seems to be on top of things. I am very impressed. They reached out to me to work with me to resolve to my satisfaction. Emma was my customer service rep who kept me informed through resolution. I would say this is a company that stands behind their product and wants their customers to be satisfied. If you are looking for a very firm mattress don’t hesitate to try this one! I am updating my stars to reflect the positive experience and am taking one star off for the high level of firmness that should be listed in the description. The media could not be loaded. I was a little tentative before I purchased this, as I had never purchased a mattress in a box before. I read the reviews, did my due diligence, and decided to order. I could not be more pleased. It was super easy to unpack and follow the directions. Just let it unfold and sit out for a few hours, and allow it to take shape. It has been fabulous for my daughter’s first big girl bed. I have slept in it with her, and it is firm, yet soft, comfortable, and durable. I think this will last for a long time.
