Update: Well unfortunately water started coming out from under the hot tub, then there was a tear and now the air is coming out, I contacted the company, they were great before in replacing the lights, and after a few attempts, they FINALLY ANSWERED- AND THEY SENT ME A COMPLETE UNIT REPLACEMENT!!! I'M A HAPPY CUSTOMER :) They have great customer service, you just need to go through their website directly and activate your warranty and if there's any problem then you just email them directly through their website customer service link and they will help you, really help you. *This is a great hot tub, easy to set up even though the manual is for different hot tubs, but you get the idea once you keep reading and then you'll see is instructions for not just one type of hot tub, I love the lights but sadly it didn't work only a quarter is on, so I went to their website and submitted my proof of purchase and I was told I will get another set of lights, so that's great, just waiting on it, and the bubbles omg so many it embraces you and feels like a super relaxing massage, it does take a while to heat up (about 24 to 48 hours) but once is hot it stays, it comes with everything, filters, cover, mat for the floor, is very complete, sturdy, I was looking for a hot tub for a while and this is super nice. You do sit on the floor but it feels padded, so is actually completely comfortable, there is a pad on the bottom that feels soft and cushioning. Is been a about 5 months we have this hot tub and is so nice, specially after a day of work or pain in the joints or my back or hips (I work sitting on a desk for several hours) this is just a great help to sooth my body aches. UPDATE: I received my light replacement and they work, finally!! UPDATE: My last lights stopped working and I JUST GOT A NEW REPLACEMENT- THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!!! ... show more

    • We have had this hot tub up for three weeks and the heat only rose over 99 one night.

Easy setup but over three weeks of setup it has only heated up to 99 at the most for one night. Currently it states the water is 100 degrees but it is actually 70. The cover is cheap and ineffective so we bought a thermal liner at $150 from another company. The cover works well but the hot tub stopped heating shortly after. This hot tub comes complete! Filtration system, hot tub, and a thermal cover with another cover that goes over the thermal cover. If you have arthritis you will love this hot tub. I purchased foam puzzle pads and ground cover to protect the bottom, and it makes it comfortable. I also bought two weighted cushions to go in the hot tub (yes they sell them on amazon) which mafe it even better. It goes to 104 degrees! This is a definite buy product!     • Serene Life Hot Tub is not whatexpected

I ordered this product in the beginning of August. The lights go on the bottom and not all of the modes worked. Call serene life regarding the lights and they said they would send more out. Weeks later still have not received the replacement lights so I called an email and got the runaround. Then they sent me a tracking number for the replacement product. When I tried tracing it the product had never been sent to USPS. I had to call again and email again to get something done because I couldn’t put up my hot tub until the lights were put on because they are on the bottom. Finally after about a week I got an email stating that it had been sent out in the USPS also confirmed. However it took another week to get here. I finally was able to put water in my hot tub, when I got in and turned on the bubbles water came gushing out of the bottom. So it’s been a month and a half now since I ordered my hot tub and called serene life again. They said they would replace it. Still nothing! Finally I called Amazon and they told me to pack it up and they’ll send me a new one which they did. Finally! However I go out this morning after two days of being up and there’s water leaking out again! It’s not gushing but it is slowly leaking! I’m so tired of this. This should not happen! Serene life product is not as good as the reviews say. That’s the only reason I ordered this one because the reviews were so good! I even brought this to serene life attention and they had nothing to say about it ! So I’m gonna contact Amazon again and see what they can do! I am not going to use the patches that they gave me because I don’t know where the leak is. That means I would have to drain my hot tub again for the second time 260 gallons every time !
