So far, not being to actually use it it works fine. Tried it out on our helmets in the house and works ass advertised. The previous 2 radios. After my daughter re-read the instructions was able to pair it to the others. Will try and do another review this spring when we can actually get out and use them on our motorcycles. ... show more

The firmware updater desktop software is poorly designed. The smartphone app is just okay. I wish it was able to control more of the product interface and rider connecting. The product design and ergonomics are very good. It works even after many uses in the rain. The sound quality not great in comparison to another competitor. Voice commands are not consistently recognized. Helmet mounts are excellent. Wired mic cable is thin and can have problems with shorting/breaking. Sena has a breadth of products, but needs a more software refinement. ... show more

Bought these, fit them into protos integral hard hat systems. There being only two of us on job site, it has changed the way we work! Love the coms aspect of it. Sounds quality is fine for me, noise cancelation on phone calls is amazing. I often Wish navigation in app wasn’t so clunky, In general hard to connect Sena to the app. Been having an issue with speakers producing a crackling noise and called tech support to get a gentleman on the other end of the line whose English was so heavily accented that I couldn’t understand him. I am switching brands of coms for my next set not due to performance of this product but because of foreign call centers are the single Most infuriating thing to me. ... show more
