Overall I am happy with this purchase, however, I believe the hook where this mirror hangs over the door etc could be improved upon. I think it could be more solid than what it is now. Time will tell. I am very happy thank you.

LOVE THIS! My initial purpose for purchasing was to teach myself to cut hair my own hair, and eventually cut my nephews hair after my brother butchered the poor kid’s hair (LOL). Being the more adventurous brother I decided to go for it. Also, to save money from my regular haircuts. 1 YouTube Video and several Pinterest fading clips later this was my result. Personal opinion - not to bad for being my FIRST time EVER cutting my own hair. Only con you’ll have is wishing you started cutting your own earlier after this. If you’re on the fence of whether you can or can’t pull it off, just remember that the first time is hardly any good but if you keep after it you’ll eventually get decent enough. (A barber on YT said ‘Go into it believing you already know how’ - and that alone allowed me to stay positive through the beginning when it look not so great haha) NOTE: To get the back of your head either do it in the bathroom so you can use the reflection of the mirror or get a hand held one. I didn’t think about this until I was cutting my hair outside with this hung on a tree LOL. ... show more
