Needs to be assembled and it doesn’t go together very well. It’s wobbly and crooked. Seller contacted me after my review and offered options to resolve issues I had with the fixture. I was very pleased that customer satisfaction was so important to seller. I would purchase from them again.

I was hesitant to get this light fixture since ot was so much cheaper than others. I did have trouble with the installation since the directions were very vague. I did watch the video for part of the install, but the video ended before the actual install in the ceiling. The light is very pretty and simple. I love how it turned out. This came in completely in pieces. It takes work. It reminded me of a ceiling fan. It does look nice but be aware it’s a bit of a challenge to assemble.

I ordered this light to update my dining room, I had someone scheduled to come out and install it and when we opened the box, one of the globes was broken. I still had him install it as I had paid for his time. That day I contacted the seller about the broken globe and they reached back out immediately and I had a new globe within a week. They were WONDERFUL, quick, and absolutely apologetic even though there was no need, things happen. Especially when shopping glass. They made it right quickly, were extremely hospitable, and the light is beautiful and exactly what I expected! Highly recommend them as a company and the light fixture.
