I needed a carrier so my two guinea pigs could travel together but have their own separate space since travel is already stressful. The Velcro that hold the divider together is good might not withstand a cat trying to push it down but for my animals it’s not a problem.

It is a bit heavier then I thought it would be but it’s great quality so that’s mostly why the only issue I would see is if your getting it to have a barrier between your cats they can break through it it’s only attached by Velcro on all four sides

Love how easy it was to set up and stores away. I used it right when I got it and received so many compliments! One con about it is when i put my 2 cats (8lbs+ 5lbs) in them it does get heavy to just hold by hand.
