Love the sectional, it’s very comfortable and sturdy. Package arrived in great condition, shipping time was weird since six of the boxes came on time but one of the boxes came a few days late and I forgot it was part of the order and hilariously I was very thankful when the seller pretended to gift me one free sofa. It was very easy to assemble, it took me about an hour to open all the first six boxes and organize them even with a hyperactive toddler running around. The media could not be loaded. I paid for six seats and received only three seats !!!! I contact the seller and no reply!! I’m so upset and disappointed! It’s firm and comfortable but I need the next three seats!! This is ridiculous!!

This really didn’t last long. Not even a year since we’ve had it the cushion spring rs are coming out. And the pillows are flat and it’s all worn out. Didn’t last AT ALL. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Final edit. I received my end piece and my couch is put together finally. It’s starting to be more comfortable. And I’m slowly starting to be ok with all of it. Over all after everything I’m happy with my purchase. And maybe in the future we can order extra seating to make it bigger EDIT:: I reached out to the seller, they did respond promptly, stated the missing price was on the way, so I’m waiting for that. They also stated they would send me a replacement of the broken parts, the communication is good. The whole experience of this purchase was disappointing, not with Amazon but the seller. I’m hoping to have things fixed like the seller promised. And I will be much more satisfied with the purchase. ————- Got our sectional and after putting it together we are missing an end piece . I like that it came earlier than expected. But it’s missing pieces, It also came with broken pieces. The instructions are somewhat clear, It’s kind of hard to put together. This couch sucks. In only a couple of months it was beginning to deform and the fabric was getting so fuzzy. In 5 months the back cushions were permanently squished. In less than a year the seats were so worn out in the cracks that we began sitting on straight wood. Right around a year the springs began popping up. One time I (125lbs) sat on the ottoman and the cushion fell through the frame instantly and broke. The couch is so lumpy and uncomfortable now. It looks and feels like absolute crap and we just got it a little over a year ago. Beginning to shop for yet another new couch because I cannot deal. It’s also such a shallow couch that you can hardly fit on it. I know that the dimensions are disclosed, but I didn’t think I would hate the depth as much as I do. Even if you’re desperate, do not spend $1000 on this couch. It’s so insanely overpriced and you’ll be buying a new one in a year or less. I truly did not think I could dislike a couch this much. I even said that when I was reading the bad reviews, I was like okay it can’t be that bad, its a couch! But I was sooooo wrong. ... show more
