I loved how this turned out however, its true that there are no studs on the front strappy things over the stomach area (they are also a bit loose once the costume is on but looked ok) & the chest strap piece is ridiculously long! BUT I gave it 4 stars because I expected these issues based on reviews I read & by seeing pics from customers I judged that I could easily fix the problems. If you can hand sew a few stitches easily, you can fix this. I made the chest straps smaller just by cutting off the parts that connect to the metal ring, then cut them shorter & stitched them back on the ring. Then I added a few stitches to connect the choker piece to the metal ring too (because otherwise there's no way to connect the choker to the straps & if you put it through the ring it looks stupid) & it turned out perfectly! If you are wiling to fix just make sure you try it on & see where you need to cut & sew. I ordered an extra small & so glad I did because it does run large. Even with an extra small it was just right and I'm 5'1" and about 125. If you're skinny this will be loose. It was also very short like right under my butt short but it looked great. Yes the leggings are blue & red but again I expected it & wore them & they were fine. And yes both the leggings & arm things don't stay put. I also starched the collar a little otherwise it flops & looks stupid. I'll have to post a pic of the final product when I get a chance. Oh & wear a petticoat to get that really nice puffed out skirt look or its not too puffy. For the price I paid of around $32, it was fine & I had a blast on Halloween. Costume was small in the arm openings and large in the waist. Most reviewers said they received the costume in black and red, not blue and red, with blue and red leggings and some said they received it as pictured. I asked a question about the color in the question section, because I did want black and red, not blue and red (main costume itself) and the seller replied that it is black and red with blue and red leggings. I received blue and red costume with blue and red leggings, so I ended up being more confused than I was before I bought it, and I already was uncertain before I purchased it because of mixed reviews and the answer to my question. The large was too big in the waist but had very small arm openings. The arm openings should be elastic, my opinion. Although the picture looks like leather or pleather, it is not, which I knew already and I do have to say that unlike a lot of other reviewers, my costume DID have the same details exactly as pictured. That was a plus. I get the feeling that this is a costume made out of the country maybe? Where they are not all the same as they should be. I did like it but returned it because it wasn't as described by seller's answer and fit was way off. That being said, if you are lucky to get one like I did where it DOES have the same detailing as the picture and you DON'T care if you get black and red or blue and red, then you will be fine...and also order size carefully. It does run a little big. The arm holes? I'd say if you don't mind sewing and they are too small but everything else fits ok, then change them up by sewing in elastic or cut a part of the holes open. This is a good quality costume for a very decent price. The dress looks exactly like the picture.The colors are navy blue and burgundy and matches the arm warmers and leggings perfectly.. Mine also came with studs on the belt and the collar was attached to the front buckle.. These are all issues that other reviewers had with their costume. As for how the costume looks on me, it's very cute! The lace on the skirt has a tendency to flip up instead of laying flat. The sleeves are a little tight but it fits me well everywhere else. The straps across the bust are too long. This causes the straps to gape instead of laying down flat. I've uploaded a picture to show what I mean. The arm warmers look ok in real life, but not as nice as in the photo. They're not as long and they come wrinkled so you might need to iron them. The blue left arm warmer has burgundy laces but the red right arm warmer has black laces. The collar is limp and will not stay up like in the photo. The leggings are not nearly as short on me as on the model. They go all the way up my thighs. But I actually like it because not only is it more accurate to the character's look in the game, it's more modest. My recommendation is to buy this costume and do it now before the price goes up for Halloween. ... show more

I love 99.99% of this costume! I bought it for Mega Con Weekend and it arrived in a timely manor with everything it claimed to have, however the actual design of the costume is a little wonky, I bought a large as I usually range between a medium and large in almost all clothing. The arms were tiny, so tiny that I had to completely remove the bottoms of them and resew them by hand. The bust and waist however were HUGE. I had to take in at least two inches on the waist and pin back the tops of the straps that go across the upper chest (The ones that connect to the choker, more on that to come), luckily I did not wait until last minute to buy this and with the alterations it felt and looked killer! The choker that is attached to the straps is friggin' cute...however much like the bust and waist it was HUGE, I mean I could almost double wrap it around my neck. Again an easy fix though as long as you have the time and know how to use a needle and thread. Honestly if the proportions had at least been equal with everything being huge I would not have even cared at all but I can't stand when something is huge but has noodle arms. Overall though I love it and will buy it again when mine no longer fits or is unwearable for any reason. ... show more
