I had an underpowered power supply causing problems on a desktop with an added internal 2T spin backup drive. The Seasonic solved the problem. My only complaint is that the install instructions were ambiguous, not specific to this semi-modular PS. As a long-time self-tech-support for small enterprise, I am familiar with desktops, but not expert, as I infrequently change hardware, tending to forget what I knew from lack of practice.
