I bought this product after a few incidents of teenagers pulling on car doors in the middle of the night in my neighborhood. The sensors were super easy to install and work very well. I have no issues with the range reaching the back of my house where the receiver box is plugged in. There are tons of sounds to choose from and the volume control allows you to select multiple levels. When the mailbox door is opened the alarm goes off. It works perfectly. The mailbox is about 55 feet form the alarm in the house.

It is easy to install and works well. HOWEVER - of the 38 door chime sound options there is really only one that is a "Regular" door chime (&-11 Style). The rest are very odd for a door chime - Little sayings, Holiday themed, Etc. I kept scrolling through and heard the one regular one and figured I'd cycle through the rest to see if there was something a little better. Good product overall. It is anoying at times when the alarm goes off and off and off and there is nothing to see. I think the sensors are too sensitive. The problem is also that there are 4 sensors and you do not know which of the sensors if triggering the false alarm. I've experimented by having just one on then another but it is frustrating. Sometimes I turn the alarm off but then I don't have an alarm. ... show more

I was looking for some motion sensors where I could cover multiple zones without spending hundreds of dollars and these work as advertised. I only wish you could add more than 4 sensors to be monitored but never the less, this gave me the basic coverage I was looking for.

I could not believe the warning sounds..we had a stalker problem '3 times he came onto are property.at the time we needed something fast and cheap to hopefully scare him away. Happy music and a doorbell sound. I had to choose something and doorbell was not even close 'but less laughable. This time I feel it was as if it made him feel we were away.and as were calling 911 .he started peeking through windows with a metal object. I really don't understand what this company was thinking 'but crime is climbing. And this is not something were use to in our neighborhood. 2 home invasions in two months just afew blocks down . An elderly woman had a heart attack .thank God she survived 'traumatized. Now I'm returning a boat load of Xmas items in the hopes amazon customers service can lead me to a real motion home security system that doesn't cost a arm and leg . I won't say no more .hopefully they will take my feedback and have alittle empathy. I didn't realize i needed to read the fine print on the sounds for a home security system. ... show more

I just got these so can’t rate battery life I needed something simple and portable, didn’t want to rely on WiFi or Bluetooth. I don’t need a picture, just need to get an alert when someone is on the move. Installation couldn’t be easier. I’m just setting my sensors on tabletops so that I can move them as needed, they can even go on the road when needed. I saw one review with a video showing floppy ball joints, mine are not like that and easily hold position. They are very easy to position as a stand for tabletop use. The sensors are sufficiently sensitive and position is not especially critical, it didn’t take any fine tuning to make them work. I can be a little critical of the receiver controls and functions, but not enough to ding stars in the ratings. The mute works great, which is necessary. Volume is a little sketchy, loud, sort of loud and tolerable. I wish the low volume was much lower. My biggest complaint is the 38 “chime” options. One might think that with 38 options at least one would be some kind of soft wind chime sound, or other soothing chime. In my opinion, every sound is loud, harsh and annoying. I found one I can tolerate at the lowest volume. Both volume and sound choice are made by cycling through the options, and it resets when unplugged so if you are moving the receiver from one location to another as I do you have to reset volume and sound choice each time. And it’s sort of a noisy process that could easily annoy others. So if I want to move the receiver into my bedroom at night and my husband is already sleeping there is no way to reset without waking him. I can mute it, count the clicks, unmute, and hope I get it right. That’s the best solution I can think of. So, really, it is not perfect, but it is going to do the job I need done and the price is very reasonable and it didn’t take me all day to set it up. ... show more
