So, this is by far one of the most comfortable mattresses for the price. The reviews seem to be more for the 10inch, and somehow are linked with the 12inch, which are SIGNIFICANTLY different. It is indeed Medium firm, that happy medium for a 6'3 250lbs guy like myself. It also hold my 5'4 120lbs wife just fine. I did a lot of research before finally settling on this Sealy hybrid bed and it was worth the time! We love it! This is our first memory foam bed, so it does take a week to get used to it, as it feels very different from a traditional spring mattress. I am a hot sleeper, so I was worried about sinking down into the foam, but this one is firm, without being hard. The cushion is perfect (not too firm, not too soft) and I don't get super hot at night. It set up quickly and perfectly. We bought this mattress to replace the one that came in our camper. It is a VAST improvement. That said, It is comfortable, but could be a little firmer. We purchased this mattress and it was delivered earlier than expected. Followed the instructions to a tee. This mattress was already expanding once we removed the plastic and by the end of the day, it was ready to sleep on. It's comfortable and molds to your body whichever way you sleep. Normally these type of mattresses are over $1,000 at an average mattress of furniture store. We only paid under $600 for a 12" king. Great quality and comfort for the price. I was surprised that this mattress could improve my quality of sleep as much as it has. It is soft yet firm; very supportive; quiet- no noise; no movement felt on my side when spouse moves; does not sleep hot or cold -is just right! The box arrived looking terrible and was left at the end of our driveway (luckily a sunny day) BUT when we unboxed, the plastic wrapping was intact and ok. I was very thankful for other reviewers information on setup. 2 years later with rotations and topper. A year into owning we noticed a strong hip dip. Bed sinks at hip so badly we need to fill it with a towel to fill the gap. Because no matter what we did the springs split and won't open up and even out again. Went to Sealy to for use their manufacturing warranty and they denied it.
