This mattress is a complete disappointment and nothing like what was advertised. I purchased this product after reading reviews, examining pictures only to be utterly let down by what I received. The mattress is uncomfortable, lacks the support it promised, and the materials feel cheap and flimsy. The product description made it sound like I was buying a high-quality, durable mattress that would provide a restful night's sleep, but that's far from the truth. It's barely better than sleeping on a cheap, old futon. I feel completely deceived by the false advertising and cannot believe that a company would mislead its customers like this. I’m out $300 dollars but Amazon will let me exchange it for a crappy platform bed. If you're considering buying this mattress, save your money and look elsewhere. This purchase has been a huge waste of time and money, and now I’m stuck with a mattress that’s far from what I expected for my 79 year old mom!. I bought this mattress about 1 and a half years ago and all I have to say is that, is decent. The mattress if not firm, took at least 2-3 days to fully expand. It came in a tightly wrapped box. If you have an extra $50, buy a different mattress because this one isn't the best for back support

I recently purchased the NapQueen 8 Inch Maxima Hybrid Mattress, and while it has some positive aspects, there are a few drawbacks that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. Let's start with the positives. The mattress arrived promptly and was relatively easy to set up. I appreciated the convenience of having it delivered directly to my doorstep in a compact box. The hybrid design, combining memory foam and innerspring coils, initially seemed promising in terms of both support and comfort. However, after sleeping on the mattress for a few weeks, I noticed some issues. While the mattress does provide adequate support for my back, I found it to be firmer than expected. As a side sleeper, I prefer a softer surface that conforms to the curves of my body, but I felt that this mattress lacked the plushness I was hoping for. Not the mattress I was hoping for. Although I'm using it for a 4yo, it's really quite thin material on the outer sides of the mattress, so much that you can feel the springs. Not convinced it fully expanded to the intended 8". I also own the NapQueen Victoria mattress, which is much better and what I should have ordered. Too late to return as it's out of the box and would be a hassle to return. Would not recommend. ... show more
