We have been using the same type for years. These are the best packing tape you can find. They are thick and strong. We once used a different brand which was very thin and often stick to the tape gun. Amazon has the best price as well if you are looking for good packing tapes.

We moved and had to tape numerous amounts of boxes. The only complaint I have is that whether you use a tape gun or not, sometimes the tape will go back on itself, and it makes so it is hard to get apart / it is hard to remove from the gun / it takes up valuable time, especially when you are trying to move out of your home. The tape does its' job. It's just that too many times we, my family and friends who helped had to deal with tape sticking to itself. I don't know what the solution would be, even if there is one.
