Okay don't expect a 400 to $1,000 quality reborn doll. But this doll does look exactly like a real newborn baby. Perfect for a gift for a child. You do get what you pay for and this is worth the money. If you are looking something extremely realistic. Doesn't need special doll clothes it fits into regular newborn clothes and diapers.
