I will be the first to say I was skeptical about buying a reborn doll of any kind after seeing reviews. I went back and forth over what doll to get for hours. A friend's daughter wanted one for her birthday and I told her mother I would do some research to make sure I got something quality without being crazy expensive. I did a lot of research because I didn't want to be had. While I was still not thrilled with the price tag, I can see why these dolls go for so much money when they are true reborn dolls with full silicone bodies. But for a little 7-year-old girl, this doll is perfect! I took her out of the box just to be sure I had gotten a good product and I was really impressed! She was packaged with a lot of care and the closer you look, you can see little details on the skin that are beautiful. Despite some bad reviews, the hair was not a disaster. It is full and silky (I couldn't resist brushing it myself). I wish I had a doll like this when I was a little girl. She brings out the kid in me again and I know my friend's daughter is going to love her. Don't get caught up in the negative ratings and reviews. This is a good quality doll. ... show more

This baby doll is really cute. My only complaint is the fingernail don’t match. One hand has the white tips. The other hand has white tips and looks like pink over top coat so they’re both different.
