I got this for my niece and she loved the doll. I did too, I will be getting one for my daughter once she is old enough. The doll has a beautiful full head of hair, the details are perfect on the doll’s hands and face. The body is soft. The doll I would say is big enough to fit some premie to 0-3 month old baby clothes. The only thing I dislike on the doll are the feet, the toes to be specific. This doll is positional and can even be bathed. Limbs are removable to make sure you get the water out fully. It's kind of odd because it has a little crotch and I've never seen that on a doll before. It comes with a diaper but it's too big to wear so you'd have to get a baby doll one.
