With 4 kids we can't have enough scissors around. I started to think the kids are eating them because somehow we buy them scissors for school each year, they bring them home at the end of the year, and we never have any around the house. These are cheap, so know that these are not Fiskars or something. They work, and are good enough for casual use... and apparently do not taste as good as the school ones because we still can find them!     • Bigger than I imaged but great scissors for general use

I purchased these scissors for this year for basic craft and general home use. Usually I purchase these in August with all the back to school sales. This year, school supplies fell victim to inflation, and the price had more than doubled last years cost. So I turned to Amazon. I found these scissors and liked to price. When they arrived, they were bigger than expected, but I was not disappointed. Quality, they are good for general use. I would not use them for specialized crafting, sewing, or precision cutting. I noticed a few had skip cutting, which means that they failed to cut basic material and I had to move the item further back to ensure that paper or thin plastic wrap would be cut. If you are looking to purchase these scissors for sewing or quaility craft use, I would discourage purchasing this brand. My central motivation in purchasing these scissors was for basic cutting, I would say I am pleased. It is probably less quaility than some school scissors I purchased in the past, primarily because they make rough tattered cut. Again for general purpose they are great. ... show more
