I’ve gotten this ball for Christmas for the past 3 years and it’s one of my favorite things to have. Very fun the throw around with friends or myself. They do however break fairly easy. After a week or two of throwing around a squeezing, a little rip may appear. But I do throw it around A LOT, so it can take a fair bit of use. If one breaks, I’ll buy another, because how awesome they are. Side note: if you use it a lot and wash it a couple times and then dry it, the ball will start to become sticky and you can throw it on the ceiling and get it stuck (I do this when I’m bored and watch it fall back down) ... show more

I recommend this item for people who tend to fidget a lot. I noticed that I was playing around with my smart ring, and it was starting to mess up the data. I also noticed when I spoke to my teachers, I didn't know what to do with my hands, so it ended up being really awkward for me. But when I bought this, I kept it in my pocket during the day and noticed that I was in a more relaxed and restorative state, and I've started to use this while I study. However, there are a few cons: The material on the outside is quite sticky, which is kind of unpleasant for the hands. Because of its stickiness, it does catch a lot of dirt, dust, and lint if stored in the pocket like me. However, it is relatively easy to clean with just dish soap and water. I bought this for my 5th grade class for students with ADHD, learning disabilities who need something to help them focus. These kids are not rough, of course they are kids and not the most gentle but these are meant to be prodded and played with. It was great out of the box and the kids loved it but it broke after 2 days of use. I wouldn't get it for a classroom. More for personal adult use. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was gifted this exact item. I purchased this one as a gift. It reminds me of Stretch Arm Strong, yes I had one growing up. It's really squishy and fun to squeeze. It's a little on the sticky side, but nothing a baby wipe won't fix. Make sure to check it for holes, the one I received had a pin hole and leaked the substance. So far, I really like it. It's fun to squish. It really helps with my ADD. I'm glad I read the box. It got sticky pretty quickly but the box tells you to put baby powder on it. Worked awesome. I actually like the feel of it better after the powder application.

I love this item... when I get a good one. The squishiness is very similar to bread dough, and it's very fun to knead. But the last time I ordered this, I got a weird one with less filling than rubber? It's hard to describe but I get the sense it was sitting in the Amazon warehouse for a while and the internal dough dried up and/or the rubber casing loosened. In past balls, the internal "dough" was clear in color and gel-like. In my most recent one, it was white and looked vaguely "fluffy," like cake frosting. So yeah, I think I got a bad one. In any case, it's only $3.50 and one of the best stress balls on the market, so if you're on the fence, I say take a chance and order one. I love all of Nee-Doh's products. I do not recommend for children under 5. It's a little too tempting to try to bite, and if ruptured, the internal dough is very thick and sticky, like industrial glue. ... show more
