I absolutely love my save my face pillows. I personally do not use the satin pillowcases because my head sweats a lot at night and satin is not absorbent. I have been using my pillows for at least 5 years. They are washed frequently and fluff back out nicely. One is now threadbare and difficult to continue to patch. I am delighted to find I can purchase a new cotton cover. I use C-PAP at night. The unique design of these pillows allows me to easily turn my head in any direction without disrupting the c-pap.
