I saw on one the questions posted above that the company had stated that have a 15 yr warranty on all their products so I emailed them directly instead of trying to go through amazon (since it's been more than 30 days). I've never been so impressed by a company's customer service. It took less than 24 hrs to get an email response. They were so sweet and apologetic about it and are replacing my product for me. The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I’ve torn it apart to try & fix the issue considering it’s impossible to get a response from the company or a refund/replacement, & the silicone “air pulse” part was disconnected. I’ve fixed it & it’s brand new. I also realized that I was not using WATER BASED lubricant. DO NOT use anything other than a very very light water based lube, because it WILL ruin this toy & cause it to malfunction. 🤍 UPDATE: ive bought ANOTHER one, & this one has stopped working as well. I clean it before & after every use. I charge it as needed & remove it once it’s charged. They just STOP WORKING for absolutely NO REASON. At this point you’re better off buying an expensive toy, rather than buying 2+ of the same toy because it’s going to keep malfunctioning. The second toy, the air pulse part just …. Stopped working. The vibration works but what’s the point? You can never get ahold of support quick enough to get a reliable response. You cannot find any answers on how to trouble shoot the issue online. It’s just, a loss! No returns either, even though there is a 15 year warranty. The first toy, it was working fine until I charged it one night, took it off the charger, but it thought I was still charging it so it never worked again. I’m honestly extremely mad about this. I put it on the charger, planned out my time, took it off the charger, now the light will not turn off & it has completely stopped working. I’ve only had it for 2 months. There are two buttons: one that controls the vibration feature and another that controls the suction feature. It isn’t like the original Satisfyer, but once you understand how to use the buttons to control the two features, it works great. I suspect those who wrote negative reviews didn’t figure out how the buttons work and thus didn’t get the suction they wanted from the device. Once you do it’s fantastic! ... show more

I usually don’t rate things but after the first night using this I had to!!! I purchased the first gen product a year ago and didn’t really think that the additional vibration would alter the intensity. I am also not a huge fan of the different vibrations settings vibrators come with but with this product it’s a game changer… since you are able to control both frequencies of the suction and vibration… you can find the best sensation for you. I found that the sensation felt like someone was actually performing oral on me…provided that you have a bit of lubricant. Light a candle, turn on an ASMR video with that handsome fella whispering sweet nothings into your ear, and take your time. This goes up to 11 and you probably don't need to go that far. It has a second motor that vibrates the handle. This adds nothing to the experience, being too far from the tip to benefit and it's loud. The charging light is VERY bright. I can see it blinking on my cieling in the dark and find it too distracting to sleep. The magnet is pretty strong, but don't move it around. It cleans up pretty easily and there's no hole getting clogged with lube like some toys can. I was using a similar toy with a smaller opening so the size difference required some new positions and adjusting. I wish the buttons were lower on the handle. Super quiet. I wouldnt pay extra for vibration. The vibrating doesnt work right. You cant feel it in the suction hole. It just vibrates the handle. And the area where u charge is in the handle. And you dont want that inside or on you. I'd just reccomends the model without vibrating. I have both. And they are so quiet I can use them and no one can hear me in the same room or room over. This hits different. It pulses air on the clit. I've had more than 50 different models of vibrators and this sucks and pulses and doesnt compare to anything. Its unique and sends me over the edge to climax in under 5 minutes compared to the magic wand taking 20 or 30. This is the best vibrator existing. Highly recommend. Youd pay 60 or 70$ on adam and eve. Best price around right here ... show more
