    • Lid does not fit
Item came with a warped rubber seal - impossible to properly wrap around the lid to create a seal for the cup. The lid is useless. So, if you want a mug that you can use with no lid, it might be great for you. If you want the lid to work, be prepared to return it.

    • Hard to use
While the cup is cute and definitely durable, I find the lid extremely hard to get on securely and impossible to get back off. It seems the black rubber insert on the lid is either not fitted properly or not the correct size. In removing and trying different ways to apply the rubber insert to the lid, I have not been able to get the lid to slide easily in and out of the cup. Additionally, the slider on top to open and close the drinking hole is extremely hard to move as well. For this to be gifted to a grandmother in their 60-70s, I can’t imagine they will have an easy time using this cup. ... show more

The is very cute my gigi loves it however the lid is super seal tight so its really hard for her to open which really sucks. Recommend for young gigi's with better strength.
