Installation: Fit right in the hole from the old sink. Silicone and tighten the clamps, and you are done. Drain was a bit of putzing because I went from 2 hole to 1 hole, but easily doable. Quality and use: Totally awesome quality and fit and finish. The `bottom grate I am adjusting to, but the drain/wire drying rack/cutting board a sweet. The sink comes with a large drain cover as well as a stopper and basket to catch stuff. Both are nice - the large drain cover gives the sink a very finished look. The cutting board nests against the drain, allowing you to cut and rinse in one easy step - nice! The drying rack fits nicely, and is useful for drying stuff. The size of this sink is great, and all pans will fit no problem. A few notes: Cutting board is not maple or bamboo. It is a dark wood that is a little more porous, as are the handles on the drain. i love the depth of this sink! its amazing and large. installation was easy because its what my dad does for a living but its not one size fits all. he did have to adjust a little because my countertops are thick. it DOES scratch easy! i think that's the only downside to this sink, it's very high maintenance. i usuallly wash my sink after dishes but you also have to dry it to avoid water marks. always leave the bottom rack on because the bottom will scratch easily. it drains pretty good. i usually take off the black part and rinse it off to avoid build up. I regret looking for a sink with all the extras because the only one i use is the drying rack. everything else gets in the way. I ended up getting a more water friendly cutting board and its less maintenance to get a plastic strainer. yes it looks pretty with everything on the sink but not worth the price in my opinion. i saw a similar KRAUS cheaper at Sams Club Warehouse. ... show more

The negative. The sink took a long time to get. The sink is very well packaged and protected on the sides and top... however, the bottom of the sink has absolutely no protection at all. We received our sink only to find a nice quarter size dent on the bottom of the sink basin. The bottom of the box had a small puncture/dent in it from transit. We return the sink and got a replacement, no rush delivery was available, so we had to wait another month. The positive The second sink we got, still did not have any bottom shipping protection (other than the box), but got to us un-damaged. Ths sink was easy to install, and looks absolutely fantastic. We love the 1 large sink basin, it holds many more dishes, and never looks full. We also find that having the 1 large basin, it's easier to do the dishes, compared to a double basin. I cant say enough great thing about this sink. We have had it installed about 2 months now, and it still looks great. So in the end expect a long shipping wait time, (a few weeks), and get your sink early to make sure there is no damage, so you dont have to put the project on hold while you wait for a replacement to get to you.     • Great Sink But Parts Missing Or Don’t Fit

We love this sink. It’s good quality and installation was fairly easy. There were missing parts for the clips. We had to purchase different ones to complete the install. It looks great but when I went to out the bottom grate in, it does not fit. We purchased the large single sink and the inside measures 16” deep and the grate is 16 1/2” so it does not fit down in the sink as it should. Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do? I tried calling the company but got a message that the call could not go through. I emailed them but have not heard back from their customer service. ... show more

We selected this sink after considering many other "workstation" sink options at Home Depot, Lowe's and Costco. The steel used in this sink is better quality and thicker than what could be found in box stores. We really like the accessories included in the package - especially the stainless steel basket. We selected this model because of the recessed drain lip along the back. This helps catch water splash and keeps it in the sink vs flooding onto the back counter. We also appreciate the tapered edge around the outside of the sink. Sink arrived in robust protective packaging. Everything was carefully wrapped with no damage to the sink. We did have an issue with the wood cutting board being warped. But everything else was in perfect condition. I did contact seller via email about the warped cutting board and they were both gracious and prompt in their reply. They shipped a replacement cutting board ASAP. YOU CAN TRUST THIS SELLER!!! In terms of install we paired the sink with a Kraus 18-inch commercial faucet. Our plumber had no issues with the install. We're perfectly happy with the look, function and cost of our setup.
