I waited over ten months before writing a review to make sure this headset actually held up and worked as well as it does. It earned the 5 star rating. I primarily use this headset for daily driving, and am very happy with it having used it since August 2022. I tried several single side boom-type headsets for phone calls while driving, listening to music & podcasts, and for computer work before settling on this model. Other headsets have wee-tiny buttons that are hard to find or operate quickly, or have earphones that become uncomfortable after wearing the headset for a while, or have poor sound quality. This model does not have any of those problems. All controls for major functions are large, tactile, and easy to find. The buttons to answer/end a phone call, volume up/down, and mute are all large, textured, and separate from each other. The padded earpiece is sturdy and comfortable, and the microphone swings completely up and out of the way when not needed. One ear remains open to hear outside road sounds, and to conduct face to face conversations with passengers or others when not in my vehicle. Sound quality is excellent, especially for listening to podcasts, talking on the phone, and doing computer work which are my primary uses. You can pay a lot more to buy another brand of single-side headset, but you won't get a better quality, more comfortable, or easier to use headset than this one. ... show more

The headset is nice looking, feels well built. The padding on the ear piece and head band feels soft and comfortable. Not sure what the material is but it feels like memory foam. Pairing was quick and simple. The buttons are easy to control by feel. The large depression between the up and down volume is a nice touch. My old headset just has a little line, making it harder to tell the up from the down buttons. The sound is very clear, even when I'm 2 rooms away, with several walls in between. Noise canceling seems to work well. The other end didn't hear the robot vacuum running right next to me, but then Team has noise canceling too. I didn't really test the battery but it lasted a whole week on normal use, anywhere from 1 - 5 hours/day, with still about 40%-50% power remaining at the end of the week. I didn't time the recharge time either, so don't know how long it takes. It is a little heavier than I would prefer. When I lean forward, the headset can slide off unless the headset is adjusted tighter. I normally like to keep it slightly lose. To turn the headset on and off, I have to hold the power button down longer than I think is necessary, but it's ok. I have not tried to pair it with my phone. It's probably not the best headset money can buy, but a very capable one in the price range. I mostly work from home and needed a 2nd not-too-expensive headset that I can keep in my backpack for when I go into the office without worrying about forgetting to pack it. So far the headsets are working fine. The quality of the sound is good and I have been told that I sound good on the other end. The headset is comfortable on and easy to setup. Only had it for a short time so we'll see how it goes. I would recommend this headset based on my short time using it.

Everyone tells me that they can hear me just as well when I use this headset as if I were talking directly into my phone. My only complaint pertains to comfort. Yes, it is comfortable enough initially. However, if I wear it for a long time, the top of my head becomes sore. They could have done a better job of padding it. I can hear him clearly without any background noise (which was so annoying before) it’s deff worth the buy. Works super good. I replaced my old Blueparrot Bluetooth headset with this one because the Parrot will no longer function with Windows 11 ever since the operating system received a major update. Something changed with Bluetooth and this headset would no longer show up as a telephony device... therefore, I needed a newer one, received this a few days ago, it paired perfectly with Windows 11, and works great so far with MS Teams. My co-workers have been listening to me on the Blueparrot for years and yesterday they told me my voice was clearer and there was no static, so that says something, as I did not tell anyone I replaced it. Only time will tell how this holds up, but my first impression is extremely good. Works great so far with MS Teams, and that's all I really need it for. it's not picking up noises near me, just my voice and when you have the headset on, whichever ear you have it on is very isolated from any outside noise. This headset fit comfortably, I use it for work the Bluetooth connection pretty fast. But 4 days after receiving it I did hear a little static like if I was far away and it was disconnecting when I’m right in front of my laptop. Other than that they still work and is manageable. It’s better than wire headset. When I’m in training I asked to make sure that they can’t hear anything else besides me, and I usually have dogs barking and my baby cry’s and they say they cannot hear anything.
