I'm unable to get customer support from the seller, they seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth. The pump on my toilet makes a nonstop noise, I don't know what's wrong and I can't get customer service. Obviously they'll sell it to you and then to hell after that.

Toilet fill valve takes 1/2" supply hose instead of 7/8". Flapper leaks constantly and needs to be replaced. Tank bolts are plastic and can't be properly tightened. Toilet seat arrived broken. Hose clamps can only be tightened with flat screwdriver not nut drivers. It works, but would be difficult for a homeowner to DIY with all these issues. ... show more

The macerate pump stop working after only 7month. I tried. To contact the customer service by calling and email several times. They do not have any response. Bad quality pump and bad customer service so will never recommend their product.
