This was my first time buying a refurbished electronic item from Amazon, so i was a little sketched out and combed the reviews before i bought. Some of the other reviews stated their watch came scratched, but mine did not. Back and front of the watch are perfect, like new. Others stated they didn't get any instructions included, but who cares, that's literally what the internet is for. And anyway set-up was easy, it connected to my Note 10+ almost immediately. A few reviews mentioned that the battery life was not great. This is one point i can agree on. I can say that I'm a teeny bit disappointed at how fast it drained, but I'll chalk that up to setting the watch up and spending time customizing the watch's features. At any rate, even if the battery endurance doesn't improve, I could easily spend the money to have the battery replaced, and this watch would still be MUCH cheaper than other options at the same quality. So i would say it's still a great value. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the watch. Sleep tracking seems accurate, as do the other biometric tools, and that was a big reason i wanted a Galaxy Watch (Samsung removed them from the Note 10 series, and I've missed it since i got this phone!) Another reason I specifically wanted a Galaxy Watch was because of the store. There are literally thousands of customization options and various apps that you can download from the Galaxy Store, and that's something you won't get with no name knock-offs. To me that makes this watch capable of being a thousand times more productive than some generic watch. This alone makes it absolutely worth it, in my book. Overall, VERY pleased with my purchase and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. No name knock offs may be half the price, but if you spend the extra money and go ahead and get the refurbed Galaxy watch, you won't be disappointed! ... show more

I love that the screen looks brand new, no pixels are broken, no scratches on the screen. Perfect functionality, operating system works 100%. Only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars, was due to wrong band size so I had to purchase one at Best Buy. And because it has more scratches than expected for the refurbished quality(it’s not like i wouldn’t purchase it again just it’s more than expected). ^note that this may not happen to you just look out for that. Couple things to expect, the band and charger that came in the box with it are both off brand , they were not original to the watch. But the charger works good, just not original to the watch if that was what you were hoping/ looking for. The battery does last long, wore it since 4am till 7pm and was only at 67%. 10/10 would recommend as a gift for someone.!! Quite cheap for everything I got! The band was definitely not great quality so maybe purchase a different one regardless. ... show more

Like the actual watch face and the leather band. It's very easy to use. It gives me all the features I wanted without a lot of extras I don't need. Depending on how much I use it for e-mails or texts, the battery may need charging daily. I generally try to charge it up each morning.

The media could not be loaded. Just recieved my watch and so far I'm loving it. I was a litter weary about the purchase being that it was refurbished, but I am so glad i made the purchase because it was unopened and in excellent condition. As it turns out this device is spotless and indistinguishable from brand new with the exception of non-factory packaging. I've had it for a little over a week now and it's been flawless. I'd definitely be open to purchasing Amazon Refreshed equipment in the future. No scratches, and the text and talk both work perfectly. It's a little heavy and I notice that it heats up while wearing which is a little uncomfortable but overall I love all the apps such as making calls and recieveing messages. I did but the silicone bands, which made it easier to wear it The speaker phone is awesome. I am used to a Fitbit watch but I have a good feeling I'm going to love this watch. I love the fact that it has a clear speaker and I don't have to have my phone in my hands at all time. I love the talk to text features and the swipe to text. The fitness aspects of the watch are great too as it tracks calories burned, active mins, exercise, ECG heart rate, steps,and BP. APPS wise you can set up social media, connect to your email and phone. It's just like having a smartphone on your wrist. Great purchase all around. My only hard recommendation is you get a different band. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got the watch early. For refurbished, I couldn't expect perfection. The bottom of the watch Is scratched but it didn't affect the charging so far The watch was completely not charged which made me think it was not functioning The face of the watch is in good condition. The dial ring seems kinda loose, not sure if thats how its supposedto be. The band, well it's cheap. Overall, I'm not disappointed. I'll try to update a review after some use. ... show more
