I have bought several refurbished items through Amazon and have never had an issue with any of it. The phones battery last a long time. It's easy to install apps. The sound is great. The picture quality is beautiful. Taking pictures is easy and they come out crystal clear and the ability to erase objects actually is cool and you can't even tell something was there. It's bright and speedy. No lagging at all. The pen is an added bonus that works good.     The phone feels premium, the stylus is AMAZING for digital art, notes and scrolling. Video games run well, phone doesn't heat much at all even with a case. The UI is a bit difficult to navigate at first, but once you get used to it it's smooth like butter. There are tons of cool features I like to use such as icon colors, full themes, text colors, all for free. This phone is amazing If you value ultimate customization.     Phone was described as excellent condition but the phone received had several deep scratches on the screen and on the body. One of the scratches on the screen appears to actually bee a crack on the screen. The phone was also dirty. There was also scratches around the camera lense.
