We split our time between homes in the United States and Spain. We maintain cell phone numbers in both countries. For that reason, a dual SIM phone is crucial. With this version of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, we're covered with both numbers no matter where we go. The phone is great. There are other dual SIM phones on the market, but it's the camera on this one that makes it the one we had to have. Photos are gorgeous and the 10x optical zoom means we're not compromising on photo quality by defaulting to the phone as our primary camera. All of our apps work flawlessly. Speed isn't an issue. At this early point, battery life is incredible - easily more than a day even with a lot of video and audio streaming. It is important to read the comments! It was too late, I had already bought the device! Today 11/13/23 I received the device, I notice on the edges that it seems the device is not new! The edge of the device has a small scratch that is not immediately noticeable, I started reading the comments and apparently I saw a comment saying that it is not compatible with Cricket! Oh surprise it's true! I tried my cricket chip and it is not compatible! is a gotcha! I will return the device today! Amazon should remove you from here, it is a store that lies to its customers! In the description it says that it is unlocked but that is a lie! I'll leave a photo so you can see that it's true!After checking the device for 10 minutes, the battery percentage went too low! When I turned it on it had %54, after 10 minutes it went to %48 and it also heats up quickly! ... show more

The only thing that has happened so far is something that has happened to me before with Samsung and it just rebooted for no reason and completely reset so I had to set it back up. Hopefully will not happen again but it's a really nice phone.
