    • WARNING. BECAREFUL OF THIS SELLER
The media could not be loaded. Bought a refurbished S23 Ultra cell phone from this seller. The phone seemed to have a manufacturer default within the screen. There was no form of physical damage to the phone but the SELLER refused to refund me the full amount and charged me a 50% restocking fee. They seller explained, that the damaged was caused by me. The concern I raise is, If the damage can not be proven with any physical damage to the phone then there is a great possibility of it being a manufacture default further more it is refurbished. It's not uncommon to see electronics screens such as TVs develop dead pixels while mounted on your wall. This phone was delivered quickly and came in almost new condition. I did not see any blemishes. I popped my SIM card in and it worked fantastically. The only issue I have with it is that is very boxy. I would have liked for the corners to be rounded. And the sound quality is different than what I'm used to. Not bad but I can definitely tell that my sound files from my previous phone are not as great of quality as I thought they were. Other than that, it works fantastically.
