I cannot stress this enough. The AI upgrades that Samsung gave to this phone make it a beast. I can call people and talk to them in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. I can take photos of the Hollywood sign from a skyscraper and see a bird on it. Battery life is 1.5 days with HEAVY usage; I'm getting 8 hrs screen on time. It's solidly built, great feel in the hand, and some great speakers that feel not too loud but not too weak. I am a heavy user - games, Netflix video, video calls, and the phone hasn't stuttered ONCE. The screen. Oh my God. The screen. I haven't been able to STOP staring at it. Netflix is so good on it that I've basically stopped watching shows on my 4k TV. I also move files from my phone to my laptop using a USB 3.2 cable- whole videos of a basketball game, 2 hours, 1080 60fps. 10gigs/300mb per second= 2 mins. Insanity! If you're coming from an iPhone, you should stay with an iPhone, imo, especially in the US. I think Apple does messaging and simplicity better- I've had this phone for two months and I'm still discovering stuff, like Samsung Dex. For most, that's overkill. I bought the phone. Originally, it worked perfectly. But one day I got a message saying Rent a Center disabled the phone. The phone was locked. So I sent it back. They "claim" the phone had physical damage when it did not.(and I have pics to prove it) I haven't gotten a phone or my money back yet. Ready to see what amazon is going to do about this before I sue ... show more

I'll give 4 stars simply for the phone itself. It's arrived in great condition not a single issue. HOWEVER.For some reason this phone is not compatible with Mint Mobile. First phone I got wasn't unlocked. They were very quick to apologize and send me another and answered all my questions promptly. HOWEVER, this second phone, it does seem to be unlocked but it still won't work with Mint Mobile. Not sure what the issue is. I'm sure it'll work with other carriers just not min mobile for whatever reason and I can't get a solution. Mint Mobile says it's the phone, Samsung support says it's Mint Mobile so idk what to do but return it m I guess. ... show more

No major issues so far. It takes great pictures for the most part. When I zoom in it gets a bit blurry and weird looking though. Like any new phone it takes some getting used to. The battery lasts me all day without overheating.
