The phone itself is awesome and a great upgrade. However this seller's refurbished model is awful. The seller used a sharpie to hide the blemishes on the case. There is a part of the screen where the coating is scratched away, and as of today the unit will no longer charge using the USB port. Looking carefully, one can see the USB cord is actually misaligned and crooked, which I'm assuming is why it won't charge. In order to get a refund or replacement phone, I first have to send the broken one back, wait for it to be inspected, and then wait for the return to go through before I can even think of a replacement. That means I'll be out of a phone for at least a month. Thanks for nothing but a garbage phone and a headache! ... show more

The S23 Ultra I received is excellent condition. There were no visible scratches on the screen or camera lenses. There was a small (2mm long) scratch of the black paint on the front left bezel. There was some gunk around the camera modules and in charging port. Also some sticky adhesive on the left side of the charging port as seen in the picture. Other than that excellent condition. AccuBattery Pro rates the batteries health at 97% of the rated capacity based on 1 session. 78% to 5% after used for 35h 11m and screen on time of 5h 14m (15%). ... show more
