Great seller! Received phone promptly, 1 day earlier than expected. Phone looked brand new, no flaws of any kind. My Samsung s8 had outlived it's functionality - battery wasn't holding a charge, device was no longer compatible with app updates, minimal media storage - and since I take thousands of photos, I wanted a newer phone with an impressive camera. After reading reviews that said the s24's camera was the same as the s23, I opted to save money. The s23 is amazing and a perfect upgrade for me with everything I wanted. I was also able to transfer everything (including thousands of photos and videos) with all screen layouts, apps, etc., looking the same and in the same places as before. Basically I can't tell I've changed phones, except for the long-held charge, upgraded apps, tons of storage, fantastic camera, plus some great new perks and tips. I received my S23 today. I inserted a Mint SIM card and got an error that it wasn't an AT&T SIM. I thought that meant it was locked to AT&T, so I thought I'd have to return it. But, only a few customers had mentioned any similar problem, so rather than immediately return it, I complained to the seller via Amazon's order "contact seller". Hybrid IT was great! I got a response within a couple of minutes, shocking me (it was after 5 PM, PDT). I exchanged some messages, each coming with a very quick response (thanks!). The seller suggested tapping "skip" when the phone complains. (I'd assumed that would mean "I don't have a SIM", so I hadn't tried it.) I tapped 'skip'. The phone setup continued (I connected my old Samsung to this new one via a USB C to USB C cable, but wireless is easily supported). Once setup finished, I tried a phone call...it worked! A setup hint: if possible, use a cable to effect the transfer of data/apps from the old phone rather than wireless, it seems a bit faster. ... show more

There is only a 1 star review because it wouldn't allow me to give zero stars. I ordered this phone for my husband. The box only had a charging cord in it - NOT A PHONE. 100% dissatisfied. Check the box weight that was shipped for proof. I was completely robbed of $405.

Was very nervous about ordering a renewed phone. I read the reviews on this one and others . Decided that this was the one I wanted. Placed my order and it was delivered when they said it would be. Box looked brand new and there were no scratches or dents that I could find. The cord and the key were also in the box as promised. I would by this phone again.
