Overall condition 8.9/10 Few tiny scratches on screen, probably was using without protection but hardly seen. Looks mint, works mint also. Most important thing. UNLOCKED GLOBALLY I'm using a sim cars from Europe, poland specifically and working without any problems. It did say at the beggining AT/T but it's just a provider logo probably. My s21 ran into some charging issues so I decided it was time to upgrade. Got the s23 here and have had the worst connectivity issues I've ever had with any phone I've ever owned. I have 2 other phones that I bought on Amazon the S10 still works perfectly, the s21 had the charging issues but it was perfect for almost 2 years before that and it's still useable I just have to position the cord just so. This phone was awful almost immediately. Today alone I had to restart this phone about a dozen times in 2 hours bc it would sporadically disconnect and none of my apps would work. Super frustrating. It took me half an hour to pair new ear buds and it only worked after I restarted. I've missed phone calls and video calls bc my phone was not connected and I didn't know. It never shows a disconnection, I only know bc my apps stop working. Got my refund started and going back to my S10 until I find a decent replacement. It is pretty tho and besides the connectivity issues the phone is great. Unfortunately, connectivity is a deal breaker. ... show more

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S23 as a refurbished phone in the hopes it would be a cheap alternative to paying a higher premium for a newer device. Upon opening the package, I inspected the device anticipating large scratches and/or dents. To my surprise, it arrived in like-new condition. I couldn't find any blemishes on the device, other than some sticker residue. After cleaning it, I looked at it once again as I couldn't believe it was in such great shape. My entire family didnt believe me when I said it wa refurbished. The phone works as advertised, and I am enjoying some of the new Samsung AI features such as live translate and the picture editing. You definitely don't need to spend a thousand dollars to get a decent phone. I would recommend this to anyone that wants something with all the bells and whistles, but without a high premium. ... show more

While the device has the potential to save my marriage, it comes with strings attached. 1. Screen defects: there are structural lines at the top and bottom, suggesting it may not be an OEM. 2. Scratches and nicks indicate it was dropped on the face several times. While the rear glass is excellent, the camera rings are scuffed and dinged. The sides have minor scratches at the top and bottom. Battery performance seems excellent. The non-OEM screen performed excellently in all tests. Camera, microphones, and unlocked status are all excellent. So, while it's had some repairs and shows wear from previous use, it's like that old red truck you see around town that's outlasted two of your newer vehicles. Bought in excellent functional condition, but the appearance is good at best. Four stars! ... show more

Not bad at all, excellent quality. Very minor even unnoticeable micro scratches. Compared to other attempts from other sellers. This was the best one. Phone works great. Had a Verizon message on first startup, I use visible from Verizon so it works.
