This S22 Ultra was exactly as described and so far, is working perfectly. I could not tell that it wasn't a brand new phone. Screen and body had no scratches or marks on it. The phone arrived on schedule and was well packaged. I was able to connect to my carrier without any trouble. It is quick, has a beautiful picture and pretty good battery life. I have been running on the highest display settings, so it would probably be even better on battery use at a lower setting. It also takes really amazing pictures. This is what Amazon is saying and is a big lie, i arrived in my country few weeks later after I buy this phone, but when I try'd to use the network, guess what didn't worked out, I change my sim card from my provider, I called to samsung to talked with them and to tell them my issue with the phone ( loosing the network all the time ) finally I went to a good friend wich he has a mobile service, he opened the phone, inspected carrefully and guess what, the connectors from the lower motherboard was damaged, he fix this issue and now my phone is working fine. next time I will ask for refunds Amazon stop with this replica bellow This product is inspected, tested, and refurbished, as necessary to be fully functional according to Amazon Renewed standards. ... show more

Truly love my "renewed" Galaxy S22 Ultra mobile device. Sleek form factor, 515 MB, huge screen, advanced camera, long-lasting battery. About half the price of a new one. It arrived overnight in immaculate physical condition and is working perfectly - now. But during setup there was a discrepancy with its IMEI number that nearly forced me to send it back. When I checked the device with my carrier prior to BYOD activation, it reported that the device was an iPhone in a "locked" state! I thought I'd need to return it for a refund. Luckily, a sharp associate at my mobile carrier was able to sort out the confusion. She had the patience and intelligence to listen to my concerns and double-check the IMEI data. All's well that ends well, I guess. The thing is, acquiring a renewed device shouldn't be this stressful or time-consuming. I was persistent and lucky to find competent help, but most customers would most likely have just sent it back. Based on this experience, and a recent prior one with a different vendor, I surmise that some tech refurbishers are seriously lax when it comes to quality control. Confirming that the IMEI number is not from a locked, blacklisted, or stolen device should be the very first step. ... show more

After only 3 months of use, the phone was no longer functional. It started to freeze at the logo and would not boot up further after a system update. I went through all the suggestions to get it functioning again, except the last one, which was to replace the entire screen at a price of over $300! I contacted the seller and they said they could not assist as it was ONE WEEK past the period where they "could" assist me since I did not buy additional insurance!
