I paid a little extra to get a phone in "excellent condition" with a battery supposed to be guaranteed at at 80% health or greater. after using the phone for a week or two i noticed it couldn't hold a charge for even a whole day just sitting idol doing nothing, then today the battery completely quit working and the phone wouldn't turn on at all. I thought about returning it but id have been left with no phone and waiting forever for a replacement, with also questionable battery quality. so I ended up paying a phone repair shop to replace the battery. then i noticed as i was typing on the phone it would always make me typo. then realized it wasn't because my typing skills its because the touch portion of the screen literally had dead spots on it and i couldn't type certain letters and numbers. i had already paid 100 dollars for new battery and so Did not want to return it to again get sent another questionable phone. so i ended up taking it back to the repair shop and having the entire phone gone over and had the screen mid frame replaced with an oem Samsung display for an additional 340 dollars. The owner of the repair shop informed me the screen was in fact a defective no name aftermarket screen also missing a heat shield and had 2 burnt resistors on it also. being to far in at this point to return the phone I told him to just make it right and fix whatever needed to be fixed. the total amount spent on this phone is the same as if I had bought a brand new one. Save your money and Just get a factory sealed one that doesn't have cheap aftermarket replacement defective parts pieced together inside of it. ... show more

This S22 Ultra was exactly as described and so far, is working perfectly. I could not tell that it wasn't a brand new phone. Screen and body had no scratches or marks on it. The phone arrived on schedule and was well packaged. I was able to connect to my carrier without any trouble. It is quick, has a beautiful picture and pretty good battery life. I have been running on the highest display settings, so it would probably be even better on battery use at a lower setting. It also takes really amazing pictures. It will likely take me a long time to work my way through all the features. I love this phone. Truly love my "renewed" Galaxy S22 Ultra mobile device. Sleek form factor, 515 MB, huge screen, advanced camera, long-lasting battery. About half the price of a new one. It arrived overnight in immaculate physical condition and is working perfectly - now. But during setup there was a discrepancy with its IMEI number that nearly forced me to send it back. When I checked the device with my carrier prior to BYOD activation, it reported that the device was an iPhone in a "locked" state! I thought I'd need to return it for a refund. Luckily, a sharp associate at my mobile carrier was able to sort out the confusion. She had the patience and intelligence to listen to my concerns and double-check the IMEI data. All's well that ends well, I guess. The thing is, acquiring a renewed device shouldn't be this stressful or time-consuming. I was persistent and lucky to find competent help, but most customers would most likely have just sent it back. Based on this experience, and a recent prior one with a different vendor, I surmise that some tech refurbishers are seriously lax when it comes to quality control. Confirming that the IMEI number is not from a locked, blacklisted, or stolen device should be the very first step. ... show more
