I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased, but I needed a phone and wanted it hassle free and unlocked. Phone arrived with cracked backing, but I tried to get it working in the meantime because I was desperate for a phone. The problems just increased; it wouldn't pick up my carrier network. Antenna signal strength was next to none, and battery was crap. Closer observation of the phone also revealed the inside of the lens and charging port looked grimy and dirty. It's been four days of hell. I finally caved and went to Best Buy and bought a new phone outright for hundreds more. Using the phone right now to actually text up this review it does a really good job all the functions are there the only weird thing that I found out was when I took it out the box maybe the battery was discharged a bit because it wouldn't charge initially but after plugging in the charger a few times and starting up the charger speeds it just started charging regularly every day from then on which is about a few months now it's pretty fast phone has a decent amount of memory and a pretty good value for the money if you want to break into the AI market on the phone side without spending so much. ... show more

I bought this phone as an upgrade to my current s21 Ultra I had previously been having issues with. But they're nothing compared to this piece of junk I wasted $500 on. It would constantly freeze and turn itself off, not turning back on for 30 minutes at a time, I'd have to hard reset it everytime to actually get it to turn on. It eventually stopped doing that and wouldn't turn on anymore at all, and when I plugged it in, it would give me an empty battery Symbol every time. I had already transferred all my stuff over before these issues occurred, so when it stopped working, I wasn't able to delete my data from the device before I returned it. Absolutely love this phone! Had a Huawei Mate Pro 10 for 5 1/2 years until the battery finally started to die faster and charging port stopped working as good. So I Purchased this phone Jan 3, 2024. Had no issues! Great investment!!! Unfortunately the phone fell out of my backpack and the OLED crack! Phone still worked. Screen needed replaced. Have Asurion but Amazon doesn't do repairs. Got this phone as a xmas present, remained unopened for it to be a surprise. Once the present was open, we come to find out the pen was broken, even though the post said it was "Refurbished: Excellent condition". I trusted that but im highly disappointed.
