I ordered phones for my kids for Christmas. One of them was dead within 6 months, wouldn't charge, wouldn't hold a charge, overheated. So I ordered a new one. First of all they didn't actually ship the phone until the day of estimated delivery.... A week after I'd ordered it. It took almost 2 weeks to get it. So my son was already off to camp, I didn't open the box until 2 days later.... IT'S NOT EVEN THE PHONE I ORDERED. This phone was sold as "excellent" condition. It's white, not black. It's scratched to heck. And it still has the previous owners information on it so it clearly hasn't been tested. Sending it back and I'll go spend a little more and order from back market where I know the phone I get will be what they described. ... show more
