Very good. Just very good! No problems in the device. But it won't receive any updates from samsung, maybe if ypu flash it root it or whatever hacks you do to it, but not naturally. Otherwise, it's good!

so far, i am super disappointed with their promise and customer service. after i got the phone, i tried to activate eSIM on this phone but only to find out the phone was locked with Verizon. They lied about the phone being unlocked. I contacted customer support and only thing they did was response asking for the IMEI of the phone although I need this phone ASAP to use phone service. Unless they fix this problem ASAP, my review will stay as one star and i will write a complaint message to Amazon. I wonder how many more people have to suffer from this scam like approach. ... show more

I truly love Samsung products and this phone has worked very well for me. Just beware with Samsung that you have to have set up a Samsung membership in order to use their phones and also be real careful that your account won't be hacked. Use a strong password and do not share with anyone. Look up the do's and don'ts on YouTube for samsung. Otherwise it's a great phone works well okay 👍 ... show more
