I was more than pleasantly surprised at the arrival of my new phone. It was in better than excellent condition no scratches, dings or marks on the phone what-so-ever. The phone is like new. I've had it about a week and everything works perfect no issues. I did have a problem installing the sim at first, but after researching, I noticed Metro uses and ESim and that worked much better than the physical one. Then I was off and running. Others mentioned the phone getting hot, that only happened when I was transferring my data, and hasn't occurred since. I ordered one and it was listed as excellent condition. I opened the box and saw very noticeable damage on the phone. It looked like 2 camera lenses were smeared across concrete. A small scratch on the front glass. Around the charge port was scraped up bad and appeared to be colored over with a matching marker. So I ordered another Samsung Galaxy S22 plus from a different seller and the phone is pristine. I would think the thing was brand new. Works great, looks great, Very Very pleased! Unfortunately I’ve found it’s a little hit or miss with renewed Amazon products from third party sellers. But Amazon will take the return it’s just a pain in the bum. The phone itself …I LOVE!! Oh my goodness! I’m upgrading from a 2018 LG with only 16 GB of storage so this phone is blowing my mind. Super fast! Has so many different Settings options. So user-friendly! The camera takes great pictures. I can’t stop playing with the photo effects. You can turn any picture into a watercolor, an oil painting, comic book art, colored pencil drawing, etc. It’s incredible! Everyone I’ve shown it to wants one. I am coming from using a moto g power. I wanted a more premium phone with more features and i did not want to be locked to a carrier so i need something factory unlocked. I decided that the galaxy s22+ would be a great options with it being a few years old i knew i could probably get one refurbished for a great price i looked on backmarket.com and amazon and i saw that this seller had great reviews. It took a few days to get my phone but i was really happy when i did this phone is honestly brand new i can not find a scratch or scuff on it anywhere the battery health is at 99% and it is factory unlocked i had no problem putting in my sim card and getting it going right away. Great phone. I made sure to check all the things that I had seen people having issues with when it came to second hand phones. It charges really well and the battery life isn't bad at all. Haven't had any overheating issues so far. It updated the phone software to the latest no issues. Apart from a small scratch on the back of the phone (which doesn't bother me cause it's covered by my phone case so I never see it) there were no other noticeable marks on the phone. Cameras work great. Finger print works just fine so personally no issues there. Works just like a new phone to me at a really good price. And with it being quite the upgrade from my severely dying hardly working Samsung galaxy S10 I'm and very happy with its performance and the choice to go second hand. ... show more

First of all, device is really looking 98% brand new. IMHO this is the best designed S2x series galaxy so far. To my eye it's prettier than latest S24+ but that's subjective. The thing that you only learn when you install software and 3rd party app such as Device Info, is that phone is exactly 2 years old. It's impressive how well it looks and works for 2 year device, but obviously battery have lost some endurance in that amount of time. But, in real-wold usage w/o gaming (I don't game on smartphone) it will last for a whole day. With Samsung's 25W charger it will charge quite fast. It's a snappy phone, with great display, sound and really really respectable cameras! I have Pixel 7 also, and this phone makes better looking and less processed photos... essentially reason why I've bought it instead of overcomputed Pixel photos! Given the price and how well maintained device is, I can easily recommend it if you don't want oversized smartphone with great camera, looks, and latest Android 14 experience. ... show more
