Well, the S22+ is an excellent phone. Yes, I've lost the microSD card and aux port from my S10+, but it's actually faster at everything. Be it loading a game/app or installing updates. This phone doesn't even get warm through my case. The camera is great. These phones are coming with Samsung AI with the OneUI versions it has and updates to. And it should be getting OneUI 7, I believe, this year along with the next Android update. I'd definitely buy it again. Screen looks great. It does better with memory management than my S10+ did, even though both have 8GB RAM. I prefer to get these phones that are 2-3 years old but never used because I save 75-80% on the price of a new phone while being able to do everything that they can do. Then I do it again when the battery life runs down enough to be a hinderance. It's the first Galaxy to introduce the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 line up. And if it matters to anyone, the 128GB model uses UFS 3.1 storage. Quite fast. S10+ was on UFS 2.1, and we know it was fast. This practically doubles all speeds in speed tests... maybe even more so. But, yes, when I swipe the screen, it swipes. No hitches, stutters, glitching, nothing. Same for opening apps. It is ALWAYS... FAST. Battery life? I saw complaints about batter life from reviews a couple of years ago. I think they've fixed a lot of that over the years with updates. I wouldn't say it has the BEST battery life by any means, but it lasts. And if you turn on power saving (the regular power saving option), it really just sips on the battery. Then without power saving, you have 3x levels of power settings to choose from. So far, for me, I've been happy with "Optimized" the lowest level. Anyways, to cut it short, I've had zero issues with the phone. No overheating, no crashes, freezes, glitches, stutters, nothing. I ordered one and it was listed as excellent condition. I opened the box and saw very noticeable damage on the phone. It looked like 2 camera lenses were smeared across concrete. A small scratch on the front glass. Around the charge port was scraped up bad and appeared to be colored over with a matching marker. So I ordered another Samsung Galaxy S22 plus from a different seller and the phone is pristine. I would think the thing was brand new. Works great, looks great, Very Very pleased! Unfortunately I’ve found it’s a little hit or miss with renewed Amazon products from third party sellers. But Amazon will take the return it’s just a pain in the bum. The phone itself …I LOVE!! Oh my goodness! I’m upgrading from a 2018 LG with only 16 GB of storage so this phone is blowing my mind. Super fast! Has so many different Settings options. So user-friendly! The camera takes great pictures. I can’t stop playing with the photo effects. You can turn any picture into a watercolor, an oil painting, comic book art, colored pencil drawing, etc. It’s incredible! Everyone I’ve shown it to wants one. I am coming from using a moto g power. I wanted a more premium phone with more features and i did not want to be locked to a carrier so i need something factory unlocked. I decided that the galaxy s22+ would be a great options with it being a few years old i knew i could probably get one refurbished for a great price i looked on backmarket.com and amazon and i saw that this seller had great reviews. It took a few days to get my phone but i was really happy when i did this phone is honestly brand new i can not find a scratch or scuff on it anywhere the battery health is at 99% and it is factory unlocked i had no problem putting in my sim card and getting it going right away. I'm honestly super happy with this purchase and would order another phone from them again for sure ! ... show more

    • It's Fine, Could Have Been Cleaner, Box Could Have Been Nicer, Poor Quality Included Charger

The Phone Itself: Works great, no issues, cameras work, microphones work, calls sound and work great. Screen looks great, speakers work great. Storage is as it was listed, genuine IMEI, nothing to complain about here, thankfully. The Box and Charger: The box was very barebones and was barely holding the phone in place with zero packing material, luckily though the phone arrived without any major damage from shipping. In the box was also a really cheap feeling 5 watt charger and even cheaper feeling 0.5 meter cable. The phone is capable of charging at 45 watts, I would rather the seller not have put a charger or the cable in the box and avoided unnecessary e-waste. I could have just bought a separate decent 45 watt charging brick and cable for under $30 and be able to then charge at higher speeds as well, while then also gaining an extra charger that I could use for other USB-C Devices. The Cleanliness: While the phone arrived in good enough condition, it was pretty grimy and dirty and I had to take some isopropyl to it and use a considerable amount of force to wipe it nice and clean, I really believe this is something the seller should have done, not me. There was also a really poor quality "protector" sticker on the back cameras which left significant sticker residue behind which was just as difficult to clean up. The Included Screen Protector: Again, may as well not been included and the seller could have put the effort they put towards putting on this protector towards properly cleaning the phone before shipping it(which wasn't much effort anyways). The screen protector was plastic, not glass, and was full of bubbles and dust which made it feel so cheap and not like the ex-flagship phone it actually was. Again, would have preferred no included screen protector as I just ended up peeling it off and putting my own on properly. ... show more
