    • 5 weeks in, won't stay on.
As the headline says, after five weeks of use the phone is no longer able to stay on. I've plugged it in and it'll charge to 100% but after 3 seconds of it turning on and unlocking the screen it turns off, even when plugged in. The phone had other minor issues such as: 1. Dust in camera lens 2. Minor scratches. 3. Freezes or closes out apps once in a while. Other than that it was a great product, but seeing as it's virtually useless now I can't give it more than 1 star. In addition, I've written to customer support and received no response. This refurbished product came quick from the seller and booted up just fine. Had a little discoloration on the case and a few scuff marks but the screen was fine. Overall it's a good buy.

    • Fantastic Phone, Couldn't Be Happier!
The phone is FANASTIC and is basically new as far as I can tell. I was very nervous to try Amazon Renewed, but I'm so happy I did! I bought a Galaxy S21 FE from Samsung (through Amazon), but it was horrible. Not sure if all the same phones are bad or I just received a broken one. I had to send it back, but Amazon gave me a refund to buy a new one. I figured I'd try Amazon Renewed, especially since they have a 90-day return window if the phone is defective. So far so good! The S22+ I bought is perfect. No blemishes and everything seems to work! I've had it for a couple weeks now. I'll update if anything changes. Mine was fulfilled by thegadgetdeals. Not sure if there's a way to buy specifically from them, but I would recommend them as the sent me a great phone. ... show more

I realize these are returned for some reason or another, but I am happy to report that mine was "like new". There is a small nick/scratch on the plastic side grip, but since I use a phone case, I don't notice it. The front and rear are totally blemish free. I'm coming from a Galaxy S8+, which is almost 5 years old at this point, so the S22+ is sooo fast. Swiping screens, launching applications, etc...it just seems so fast and effortless for the CPU. The boot-up process seems to take a little longer, but for how often I reboot, it is not a bother. And who can't wait another 10-15 seconds? I can't speak to the 5G speeds, as I am usually connected to wifi, and those speeds are going to be region and carrier dependent. So far, I am very happy to have bought a renewed version of the latest phone (at the time of this writing), because it was almost 1/2 the price of a new one. And this "renewed" one seems to be perfectly fine so far (almost 2.5 days of use). On that topic (2.5 days of use)...granted I am not on my phone a lot, but I do check it frequently. I charged it full before using it, and I am starting my 3rd day with 44% of battery life. That is pretty impressive. My old phone (S8+) would be roughly 15% before the end of 2 days, but it was 5 years old, so I have to factor age into that comparison. Regardless, I felt I should comment on battery life since that is a common complaint. I realize I am not a power user, in any sense of the word, but am still impressed to be at 44% after 2+ days. ... show more

I would have given 5 starts to this product, but unfortunately the side frames have too many scratches to be considerate an "excellent" condition. I was expecting to look as new as possible, but I guess I had high expectations. The phone seems to be working fine, I did noticed that got a bit too warm when I first used, but I guess it was installing updates, will keep an eye at it. Camera is fine, screen is fantastic, sound is great. Again, just disappointed by the side frame, I guess I will keep it and get a case for it :/ ... show more
