Also came with a charger and brick which surprised me. After upgrading from an s8+ I feel so much better with leaving the house and not having to worry about battery life. Phone itself is awesome and I see myself enjoying this for years to come lol. I've never purchased a renewed product before so I was definitely nervous. The packaging made me a little nervous to open because I could hear the phone moving in the box. But it was wrapped in bubble wrap and protected okay. When I opened it, the phone's quality was incredible. It looked brand new. (There was even a fun film over the screen so I got that new phone peel experience). THERE WAS NO SIM TOOL PROVIDED. So far everything works amazing! The only thing I'm noticing a dip in is the battery life, but I'm coming from an iPhone 13 pro and maybe this is just a Samsung thing. i was a little nervous about buying a phone via amazon but i wasn't ready to blow almost a grand on a brand new out of the box phone. when i received the phone it was in great condition minus the small little buffs and discoloration on the side frames where your fingers normally are if you dont have a case; with that being said it looks brand new and i had no issues setting the phone up ! im super satisfied n all batteries & speaker work well.
