Don't get me wrong. I've owned S21 Ultra in the past and I think it's the best Samsung phone by far in terms of functionality and design. I was pretty hyped of ordering this phone since it is from Amazon and it was supposed to be Excellent condition. Boy was I wrong. The version I got was not the US version, it was the international Dubai version which does not work with 5G networks in the US. Not only that, but the firmware was not the right one and it had lots of compatibility issues with apps. I received my phone on time in perfect condition. No dents, scratches - nothing. Looked brand spanking new! Popped my SIM card in and everything works like a charm. Camera is AMAZING. I am a jewelry artist and taking photos of my opals has always been nearly impossible - even with my Canon. Not anymore. You can see all the colors & flash of them just like in real life. Oh! And the upload speeds to social media - I couldn't believe how quickly my videos upload now. I'm super impressed. I was looking at buying this from Samsung directly but it would've been almost twice the price and only 128 GB. I can't believe I got a perfect phone with 2x the storage space for wayyyy less in price. If you are thinking about it but nervous about getting off of Amazon, don't be. Delivery went smoothly - they alerted me when it was out for delivery and that gave me time to be ready to answer the door. Phone is excellent and I saved so much money. Also the only negative reviews I saw said that the phone wasn't unlocked and only worked for Verizon. I have AT&T and had no problems. I didn't have to contact them or anything. Worked right away! So I'm guessing that issue has been fixed. Lastly, the battery life is amazing. I use my phone a lot during the day - I haven't charged the phone now in about 48 hours and it's at 42%! Incredible! This Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has exceeded my expectations so far. It checks most, if not all of the boxes for what I want/need from a phone. Great quality, great cameras, marathon runner of a battery (I can go over 2 full days on a single charge with moderate use), ample storage (I got the 256gb version), speakers sound great, calls and texts work flawlessly, it's quick and responsive, feels good in the hand and has really nice haptic feedback. The fingerprint reader works great. I'm coming over from a OnePlus device (6t), so I'm still getting used to Samsung's operating system, but I'm liking it more and more as I get accustomed to it. The device came with Android 12 installed, and with Samsung's software/security update schedule, I'm hoping to get several years out of this S21 Ultra. I have purchased renewed/refurbished devices before, and love the option to get a solid, quality phone at a fraction of the cost of new. I ended up purchasing for the seller Re-Cell because they had great reviews and one of the best prices. The device shipped quicker than expected and was in almost like new condition. The only signs that it wasn't a brand new device were a couple small (a few mm in length) micro-scratches on the screen that were barely visible when the light caught them just right. This is the second time I have ordered from this seller both times now first phone did not work correctly. Waiting for reply from seller. How they ship out a replacement with return packaging. Keep saying no Sim in phone. Will update after resolved
