Ended up buying this phone on Black Friday Sale. After reading through the other reviews I was beyond scared that the phone wasn't going to be great like the ad says. Showed up very fast, an to my surprise whenever I opened it the phone looked amazing. No scratches on the screen, nor the back glass. It was so easy to switch from my old phone to this phone in a matter of seconds. Bluetooth an Wifi works an connects without any issues. I have notice that the battery life felt like it wasn't holding a charge until I found that I was using an older cord than the original cord that came with the phone. Ended up switching it out an it charges so fast an lasts almost all day with a full charge. I will have to add that the only flaw that I had with this product was a few scratches right beside my camera area, but it doesn't caused any problems with the back camera's. ... show more

I received my phone this week and was absolutely amazed by how excellent the conditions are. It's brand new. Screen is pristine, no scratches, cracks, dents, nothing. The ONLY "odd" thing is that there's a MINUSCULE scratch on the back, below the first camera (golden part). You can barely see it, that's how tiny it is. The device didn't come in the original box, but it was very well packed. The screen even had that plastic sticker/cover that comes when you get a brand new phone. The charger and the cable were both individually wrapped and sealed, brand new as well. I'm not sure if the S21+ comes with earphones, but mine didn't, which is perfectly fine cause I wouldn't use them anyways. I have Straight Talk, so I was a little concerned if the phone would work, and I'm glad to say it did — my signal and 5G work perfectly. The screen colors are super vivid, and the brightness can be adjusted in a very comfortable way. I've never had a phone that required such a little brightness level to be so... bright (which also will help with battery in the future). The cameras are fantastic, especially the back ones. Photos come out as if they were edited — bright and vivid colors, great contrast/brightness balance, crazy definition. There are a lot of modes and effects you can use too. When it comes to battery life, my phone came in 84% charged. The first time I used it, I felt it drained a bit fast, but then again I was transferring all the apps, photos, accounts and whatnots from my previous phone to this one. After I charged it back to 100%, it lasted for 2 full days, so I'm pretty happy with it. I recommend not only this phone but also getting it from this specific seller. This phone literally just shuts off all on its own took me 4 hours to set up run diagnostic before I was finally able to get it functioning just for it to continue to shut off on its own. Visually the phone is in excellent condition which is the state of refurbished I ordered but it's system does not operate. Now another factory reset and its STILL doing the same thing. My phone is up to date as it took till 5 am to fully update everything and again STILL shutting off. It's not the case its not the battery all diagnostics come back great. Received phone within 3 days - product packaging: wasn't very good, if the carriers weren't careful and jostled the box around or dropped it I could see the glass cracking as there wasn't any foam around the phone, i however didnt experience this. unlocked status: I'll be honestly I have Verizon as my carrier and I did not experience any issues but I did read in the comments that some people did not get fully unlocked phones - I personally did not have any issues, battery upon arrival: was at about 50% when arrived, its not a big deal, when you get an electronic item that requires charging you're usually instructed to fully charge before anything any ways, took about 1.5 days to get down to 15 % from the original charge of 50%. battery life: I haven't had any issues as of yet, battery life will always be different depending on how many apps you have open, what your operating system settings are and other factors so you can always change the settings to preserve more battery life if you want. There hasn't been any specific days that the battery went dead crazy fast or anything. The included charger: TERRIBLE! lol its not a huge deal it's a nice bonus item but the charger connects and the phone states it's not the proper charger and will get to 100% in like 10 hrs so I'd recommend getting a better charger for the phone, as the phone was relatively cheap its not a big deal and I won't be docking any stars for it. Phone camera: I had the iPhone XR prior to buying this and I took the same exact picture with both phones determining that the Samsung actually took a better picture than the iPhone xr. Not by too much but the lighting did seem better in the Samsung picture than the iPhone. I've had no issues transferring all my information and honestly I'm really happy with this purchase. I wanted a quality phone but I didn't want to pay anything over $400 for a phone. I recommend getting a phone from Amazon, they have never given me any issues if I've had a problem with any of my items and as this phone is being sold by their company you'll have an easier time getting any issues fixed, just know that getting anything that's refurbished will have a chance of having issues, good luck 👍 Edit: have now had phone for about a month, no other issues other than takes a while to charge on normal chargers but I have found a work around and it doesn't affect how long the phone keeps a charge, I've not charger my phone for about 2 days used it mildly and still have about 12 % ... show more
