    • Amazing Phone, Poor Battery
This phone is wonderful. It's extremely fast, loads everything pretty much immediately, has a good, loud speaker and has done everything I have needed it to do perfectly. The only issue, and unfortunately is a very big one, is the poor battery life that it has. The SECOND I take my phone off the charger it IMMEDIATELY starts to drain even when I'm not using it or have nothing open. I'll take it off charge in the morning, look at the time and set it on my night stand on the lock screen while I get ready for work which only takes me a few minutes as I shower the night before. So simply getting out of bed, putting my clothes on and brushing my teeth is all I do and by the time I get back to my room my phone has already dropped around 5 or 6%. I work 8 hours. By the time I get to work my phone is usually in the 80s percentage wise and at the end of my work day it's fully dead. All of my older phones: Samsung Galaxy A50, LG V20, etc all had very long lasting batteries even though they were much cheaper phones than this and they would literally last me from the minute I woke up, until the minute I went to bed and that's WITH continuous usage including playing Spotify all day at work. This phone dies so quickly and if I'm using it continuously or using it to listen to Spotify at work it will die within a matter of two hours and that may be generous. I'm not sure why the battery is so bad, I know it's likely because it's refurbished because I'm sure a brand new model wouldn't be like this, but with this refurbished phone the battery life is horrendous. Other than that though this is a wonderful phone and if you get one that has a good battery I am 100% guaranteed that you will be MORE than satisfied! ... show more

    • Nice, but the device constantly reboots itself. Thinking it is a failed unit
Got the mobile for my wife. It worked well enough for a while, but after activating it on the Verizon network, the device developed more and more issues. Updated to latest firmware via OTA and the device started freaking out. Would randomly reboot itself or freeze at various intervals. Attempted to reload stock firmware via ODIN, still awaiting results. Will upgrade review if the reload works, but if it does not, then will downgrade the review and categorize as defective/faulty hardware. Update 03.21.23: No better off. Phone continually freezes, locks up, overheats, despite being reloaded with the latest firmware and updating apps. Reboots randomly in Safe Mode as well, so it's not a bad downloaded app. Second update 04.03.23 Finally reached out to seller to replace the device. Seller refuses to replace device because it's "well past 90 days" . Refuses to now answer any questions. I got screwed over by this seller, definitely would not recommend. If this is how Premier Cellutions treats customers, then I would say pass this up. They will take your money and leave you high and dry if it is within their means to do so. Additionally, pass on the Samsung S21. From my research, I've found that there are extensive lock up issues involved. The unit overheats. Changing out the OS, even with ODIN fails. There is no alternative OS at this time for the build - tried to see if there was a Lineage build, not available. At this point, we're going to trade the device in and go with either LG or Moto. At this point, I'm so furious with the seller, Amazon, and Samsung devices in general. I feel like I got royally screwed overall. Merry Christmas to me, eh? ... show more

Great phone that worked amazingly well, right up until the 6.1 software update I did yesterday. From the research I've done it appears to be effecting refurbished phones with non-approved replacement parts added=the screen. My touch screen is totally unresponsive, no samsung advised fixes have helped. As is, the phone is useless. ... show more

I recently switched from an s9, I hate paying full price but I don't like how cheap the A series feels/acts. This S21 5G is GREAT. Easy to switch SIMS, only had a small hiccup in service which was resolved on web chat with my carrier, and a few restarts to trigger mobile service. I got the "excellent" rated one. No scratches or visible issues. No lag, no battery issues. (For a smart phone it seems reasonable) I did get a generic plug which is a bummer since the Samsung branded ones work so much better. I ordered the S21 FE version first and went through two of them before my carrier told me there's a software incompatibility even if it's unlocked so I got the 5G version and it works great right away. ... show more

I have had a galaxy s8 for the longest time, like 6 years long. It was still chugging along but was starting to really slow down; as expected. I could have kept using it honestly, but I wanted a better camera because I have some important life events coming up. The whole phone is a huge step up. not that i didnt love the s8, because that was potentially the best phone i have ever had. This s21 is just faster, better battery life, lasts me the whole day of using it pretty constantly. the charger that this one came with was weird and super slow so i am going to get a new one, but my phone is great. i got i think 'great' condition? and it sure is! there was one microscopic scratch on the screen, but that was it and everything else is perfect. its crazy that people upgrade their phones so much, but it works for me that i was able to get a great deal and a great phone. i love the camera too! just a really nice OS overall, but i am a huge galaxy fan. ... show more

The phone is in great condition with no real visible issues. My main concern is this was supposed to be carrier unlocked and it was not. Verizon only! Absolutely unusable for me. It did come with a charger....
