So far everything is great! Phone looks perfect and phone works perfectly! Really happy so far. I did have a worry, when the phone fired up, it fired up with an AT&T logo which I've never had an unlocked phone do before. I did contacted the seller right away but before they got back to me I read the instructions that came with the phone that basically told me the phone will switch once a Sim card is installed. Once I purchased my new 5g Sim card sure enough, it all switched over to the Verizon set up. Shortly after all of that the seller contacted me and basically reassured me it'll work and how it would go down and was very courteous about it all. Again, great experience so far. I actually brought 2 of these phones, the 1st was perfect, it really look & operated like a new phone in excellent condition. I gave it to my son, he is happy with it. The problem comes in with the 2nd phone, while it looks good in excellent condition, it's advertised at "unlocked" but it's actually an AT&T phone, not unlocked. I guess it would be fine if I was an AT&T customer but not the case.. ... show more

Hands down this is the best cell phone experience I have ever had, the phone is super quick with it's 12 GB of RAM which is crazy cuz my computer at home doesn't even have 12 GB of RAM, The screen is huge enough to do anything from gaming to playing to work it gets to job done very well. Despin is phenomenal, whatever you thinking about something or you want to write a note down or you got to do is press a button and the pen jumps out ready to take pictures with to control the camera control videos and more. I very highly recommend this phone because they came out with the S22 and a S23 but both of those phones photos don't look nearly close to as good as the photos of of this phone, watch the YouTube video reviews. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best one being the worst this year would be a 20, there is nothing this phone can't handle. ... show more

Have to say I was very very nervous before receiving this phone . I am a Galaxy Note guy all the way and for the past 4 years I was using a note 10plus (which is a great phone ) So I had my doubts and took my time searching for the last note Samsung made. I gotta say I am satisfied with the condition my note20u is in. Everything works great , I run the phone on its highest settings display wise. I watched movies, played music , and big sized RPG games which it had handled nicely. ** the only issue that has come up this past week since using the phone 100% = the phone will heat up when running it hard / which it's not at a scary temp but it through me off a little. Personally I have fans I set it on to keep the phone cool when it comes to that point, and it's only been 2-3 times it's temp went up a bit. Overall the phone is great and honestly if i wasn't so overzealous with wanting the Note20 ultra I would of kept my note10plus . ... show more

Pretty much excellent condition! No deep scratches on the screen or back, except for one very very slight nick on the massive camera hump but, its nowhere important so I forget its even there. Nice and powerful tool for art, and I honestly don't mind the camera hump. I thought the massive camera would bother me more but its smaller than the iphone camera hump. And most important of all; this is the last samsung flagship that comes with a micro SD. Also didn't think I'd notice the 120hz but its actually very nice. ... show more

    • The phone works great except for the biometrics.
So far this Note 20 Ultra works well. The only issue I have run into is that I cannot set up fingerprint biometrics. The sensor doesn't recognize that my finger is pressed on it. It does recognize that I put my finger on it, but says that I need to press my finger in the circle. Other than that this phone seems to work well. I just got it yesterday so I am still checking out all of the functionality of the phone. ... show more

Had mine for almost a month and has been working good. Haven't had problems for now. The conditions on the phone came very good no scratches or dents. Fingerprint sensor working fine even with a glass protector on. Easy to use the connectivity works fine.
