It had the full-sized bubble wrap around the phone. The phone came with a Giffin quick charging pad, OEM USB-C earphones, OEM wired charging cord and charger. Everything that I needed to use my phone was there. The phone worked great on the trip, even though I only had time to transfer my sim card, my data and apps to the new phone. This is by far, one of the best phones ever created. I love the Note 20 Ultra! I wish I would’ve got it when it first came out instead of just buying it and missing out on all the updates and improvements this phone has had. It’s still great tho, but it won’t receive anymore updates going forward and I’m not sure what the mod community will do with it either. If you’re one of those who was smart enough to get this thing when it first came out, color me envious. ... show more

Lo importante es que se recibió. Llego lo que se había prometido, el celular y lápiz en buena condición, el cable y el cargados inalámbrico. El aparato esta funcionando bien y de estética llego muy bien. Lo puse a carga inalámbricamente y todo bien, lo único que el cargado es de carga lento o normal. The media could not be loaded. After two days the screen began flashing green & black lines. I could not get it to shut down or access screen. I thought I was buying NEW from Samsung.. But obviously NOT NEW.

Nice phone works great no problems with phone, had it for a month and received 3 updates. But the phone was not new, tried to sign it up on samsung and it was already registered. But it is a great working phone

No charging cord or instrutions or the orignal box , no instrutuons i may send it back ,i need the book for it , if its a new phone and not refurbished i should get the original box i wiuld think
