Phone was in good condition and functioned as it should. Was exactly what was described.. only thing bad I can say is the screen glass as well as the camera glass on the back of the phone are not durable whatsoever! Granted the first time it slid just off my lap from a sitting position and landed flat on its back and didn't land very hard or at least I thought with a case on even granted it wasn't the best case money could buy somehow cracked the glass on my screen towards the edge and has since with every little bump and just everyday use has spidered out and 3/4 of the screen now has cracks running across it and somewhere along the road the glass on my rear facing camera has also gotten cracked... wouldn't really recommend this model phone if your looking for it to last without any cracks on the glass from as much as looking at it the wrong way. ... show more

Everything is good I just don't like how it doesn't have a headphone jack, the pen magnet is very finicky so the pen has a chance of falling out, I hate how you need a specific screen protector to use your thumb print even with the touch sensitivity on kinda dumb. I love the video background option and the battery last so long despite this, Bixby needs hearing aids but I'm still learning how she works as well, this phone is everything I could have dreamed of with a few exceptions, I've never been this worried about dropping a phone so when I did I nearly cried simply because it wasn't something I was ready to face. Great phone highly recommended if you don't need headphones and are okay with just face recognition (unless you don't have a screen protector on) ... show more

The phone is perfect. I cant see any flaws. Perfectly compatible with T-mobile since it is carrier specific which I wanted. No problems using it with the carrier. It immediately authorized it when I transferred my number. Great product great purchase very satisfied. On another note, the phone comes from California and using USPS was rather slow. I received a package from California and it arrived two days USPS. Suggest seller find better resource for shipping. ... show more
